I’d take Brennan as a number one over Tai. Keep his crappy opinions about Ipswich up north with the other NMs. Ipswich needs to keep riders who feel like they are part of the club and the feel, not people who speak badly of it. Tai and Lidsey can look somewhere else for a ride IMO.

Hot take. I'm taking Jaimon Lidsey over Tai Woffinden. Jaimon's stats away from the NSS prove that he's a Heat Leader (More 1st Places than 2nd, 3rd and 4th) and if we went down the Leicester route by not having a No.1 but having a proven Heat Leader @ No.1 who'll be backed up in every department of the team then we could be onto a winner. I'm a big fan of Tai's but I would really have concerns over the recent injury record and if he was to get injured again then like Sheffield, You're scrambling around having to make a double change due to no top rider being available. A Top 4 of Lidsey, Brennan, Lawson and Musielak for example in a weak League is worth considering. All proven Heat Leaders in a higher standard British League who are all capable of Double Figures on any given night.

There was a geezer on this forum recently who claimed that Coleman was so stretched there wouldn't be any GPs! I guess that the guy who owns Red Bull is so stretched that he can't get involved in F1, vintage aircraft, various  extreme sports, etc. etc...

Very true. Jaimon would be even better at Foxhall as a home rider as he would quickly get the starts dialled in.  He’s one of the better away riders out there as well and that was not lost on Chris and Richie when looking for a top scoring guest. I’d prefer their opinion and that of the cold hard facts rather than that of anti Aces trolls.
