He rode well tonight IMO.Kildemand was the let for me.Couldn’t gate too save himself after his 1st race win.Berwick win might have been on the cards if he had. track looked slicker than normal for Ashfield, some decent racing as usual.

Yes I remember that. If he can get half of that on Monday though I’d be staggered. His average is what it is for a reason. As a Lions fan I see Lynn’s biggest threat as Klindt. It would not surprise me if he were to be given 12 or more rides over the two legs. He rides the Leicester track as well anyone on his day. Thing is with Lynn, they’re all six pointers and you never know what to expect on the night. Anyway, I’m expecting a good final between two teams who are not top heavy (one nine pointer) and similarly built. I see BSN are covering both legs which is great, as I’m not confident about TNT even getting the tricky captains coin toss right. -
Fair point! Not sure I agree that Bomber and Howarth will have a field day. They didnt in the PT match at Shielfield. Berwick will be bang up for it tomorrow imo. Certainly some sunlight for Berwick going into the last month or even two.

By my reckoning he hasn't scored a single point in his last 3 meetings (10 races)

Great but unexpected result for us Bandits on a well prepared track. Jeppesen after his first 2 rides was superb, ably backed up by Kemp. Batchelor and Kildemand were steady, and Smith at reserve done his job. Hagon and Wood both had nights to forget. Berwick will be hoping to secure the bonus point on Saturday against, no disrespect a weakened Glasgow team.
