Bowes was responsible for the stoppage as he fell so had to be excluded although i agree Kerrs EF caused Bowes fall. Kerr wasn't under power when the red lights came on so should also have been excluded.
Wood fell after the red light came on so was rightly allowed to contest the rerun.
Oxford should have been awarded x2 5-0's tonight. Kerr wasn't under power when Bowes had his first fall and Cairns back wheel was clearly over the white line in the first staging of heat 14.

It's a shame BSN don't have an option to opt out of Plymouth home meetings to save a few quid on the subscription fee. There are always issue and delays when their cameras are there.
