It would enhance the Premiership ,but they have a good product at Championship level and additional expense would possibly need a bigger crowd to make it financially viable and that could be the problem given the state of the sport.Poole dropped down for financial reason and the are probably the best supported Team in the League. Its not the Championship that has been problem in recent years.Although they are starting to dwindle in numbers these days. But everything is rosy they tell us.

Hopefully they pay by points money.They will have had a good season financially.!!!

Well done to Glasgow Speedway,the Facenna’s deserve it for the effort they have put into the Stadium and the Sport and it was a great Team effort from the the Tigers.Although take a bow Chris Harris that what the fans pay to see,absolutely brilliant over the 2 legs,some sensational riding.

There are few youngsters that will come through though.Zmarlikwill reign for awhile yet though barring injuries or forgetting his race suit .Think Fricke and Janowski wet hard done by but if your not in Top 6 you really can’t complain.There are a few Poles hard done bye by Politics too.

Agree,that’s why the sport is in such decline.

Track prep at Ashfield last night was probably determined a bit by weather,but it was much the same as always regarding the outside line.That was a decent track last night IMO.Poole just had Dreadful start to the meeting. iMo

A lot hinges on Tarasenko.He is a class act though.If it’s a slick track I fancy him too do well.The reserve races hold the key Tigers look weak.

All these young” throttle jockeys” should watch Bomber entering the bends when chasing opposition,understeering to keep the speed up the swooping round he outside out of bend a true masterclass of throttle control and “balls”.Plus he is loving it.That was some display he gave last night.IMO

He gave him 7 rides in the league match against Oxford though.

I thought it was 50/50 a more experienced rider would have moved out slightly and rode it out Joe wasn’t out of control.Think Ace thought there was going to be a crash .Minimal contact but it’s the Refs decision and I can understand it.(only my opinion).I’ve said it before but IMO Ace has an awkward riding style he seems to be quite far back on the bike and it gets away from him if he gets into tight situations.This is just an observation not a criticism.He is talent and will no doubt get better.It’s a tough ask at times at this level.

Just hope that GS550 can read and understand this.
