It’s a strange sport that hinders progress by losing Team slot.Rowe is a good example but there will be others hindered by their average as happens every season as the sport get downgraded.Poor really.

Main trouble is the sport isn’t attracting newcomers.

This is typical GB speedway.You have to have a poor season drop your average in hope that you get aTeam Place somewhere the next season.It’s a joke.

its pretty sad when young up and coming riders get an average over 5 the are screwed by the system and dumped.That’s Uk speedway though.

Promoters have to takes risks nowadays, British talent is still thin on the ground barring the real youngsters whose time will come but are still not consistent enough .Most Brits have been round the block and are journeymen now.IMO

He had a poor season averages don’t lie. watering down of the League may help him though.

Agree Glasgow certainly is racers track,but without Bomber and to an extent Basso even Worrel and Lawson score big round Ashfield.

Trouble is gaters aren’t the most exciting riders to watch,but at the end of the day they all finish up with decent averages and win their Teams matches on a regular basis.Passing is at a premium in speedway nowadays with the slick tracks and rocket machine equipment.Riders beaten to the 1st bend ,only a few percentage pass a decent rider that gates.

The fixture pile up in NDL is on the same level as Championship like you say ridiculous.

The majority unfortunately,but blaming brexit for the demise of GB Speedway is pretty shallow. IMO

They all built Teams to the same points limit though last season.So how will that work

Many fans think some riders are overpaid..
