We all know the “ Concessions” and “Good Value” have been done to death.The rider”wages” are the subject that are causing the Promotions the biggest headaches IMO.Are they paying over the odds regarding their income.Nobody will ever know.Supporters Clubs fund raising is keeping a few Clubs afloat. You have ask why the Sport is not attracting younger fans in any great numbers.. PS Your statistics maybe correct but Pensioners that attend still have “ their marbles” and maybe think they are being taken for granted.Time will tell.

There no way the crowds will be rising though.

Zmarzlik is head and shoulders above the rest at this moment,has amazing speed but how he can straight line into the bends on the inside and still turn without locking up and losing momentum defies belief .IMO.Special talent .

Even the pay rates in NDL are probably causing financial difficulties in some Clubs,a good percentage of the riders are really just talking advantage of easy money for what is now a hobby.£14 to watch NDL at Berwick don’t think that will attract big crowds and Double Headers prices might not help attract any more.The ideal of producing new young talent is commendable but not at these prices IMO.

Maybe that was the spec.they ordered at Berwick with these new ones they had last night.

It is just a thought.I’m sure they will take your advice if they think it is too expensive for them.

Harris is an exception at Shielfield and Greg is daredevil enough to pass NDL juniors.Name any other Bandits in recent years that can regularly pass better riders.Riders like Wright, Riss,Cook and otherNo1’s rarely get passed due to speed IMO.I’m not knocking the racing I actually though it was ok last night.Mr Barrie wets himself any night we get a couple of passes in 1 race.

When top men hit the front at Berwick they are very difficult to pass as the speed is too fast.The track improvements didn’t have the desired effect because of this.I suggested a few years ago that they should reduce the banking on 3rd/ 4th bend to slow them down a bit,but I realise that that would mean to much work.It is what it is though.

Don’t think you are the only one with these thoughts.Berwick have a lot of fans from out lying districts and beyond.

There will be lot of pressure on Flint and Etheridge to perform at home.Away is a different story.

Do you think so,the number of matches we have in April and May will make it difficult .what riders are available is another matter.

Well done to Tigers just too good ,track was smooth and consistent ,times were fast that means not much overtaking and the home Team were the ones that couldn’t gate (as usual against good Teams).Don’t see any excuses for Berwick performances( apart fromTigers are good).Reckon there was moreTigers fans than Bandits.There pricing structure might be causing that.Basso was different class,and Complin and Nowak were good backups .
