Ridiculously cheap. £20 to watch the worlds best riders in a world class stadium with a roof. Plus a fanzone, plus fireworks. Yet the armchair viewers want to move it to Belle Vue, which they also won't attend because of the ticket prices/hotel prices/weather.

It's never been announced at the event. Usually announced the Monday after the event but last year they asked you to register interest for 2024 and they are doing again this year.

If you are going to fanzone, watch the trial bike show, absolutely amazing.

Premier Inn prices were at their cheapest on Saturday but gone up a bit since then. I was staying in the bay but changed on Saturday to stay at Premier Inn Stadium. When I looked at staying in Manchester for SON the city hotel prices were comparable to Cardiff. I didn't go because of the absolutely rediculous ticket prices.

Use something like Trivago for price comparisons. There are much cheaper options and even hotels like Mercure Cardiff Holland House Hotel & Spa, Park Plaza and Hilton are cheaper than Ibis Budget.

I fear you are right but I hope not. Absolutely love Cardiff weekend and been every year.

Discovery Plus Standard (which includes Eurosport) is currently on offer for only £3.99 a month until the the end of 2024 and will then auto-renew at the usual £6.99 a month after 31st December unless cancelled. Offer ends 11th August 2024. If you have Eurosport Player this is being turned off 22nd July and you will need to sign up to Disocvery Plus Standard. Check your emails as I was given a code for Discovery Plus Standard at £3.49 a month until the end of 2024. I hope this helps someone.

When does a licence cease to exist?

So if I wanted to set up a track in Milton Keynes and call it Milton Keynes Knights, someone still owns the rights to that name? What if I called it Milton Keynes Cavaliers?
-
The name Lakside Hammers wasn't around forty or fifty years ago.
