  1. I agree but now the situation has become ridiculous. Maybe he'll get a series wild card for 2018 and sponsorship from Monster. 😀
  2. Waytogo has summed it up. Watt deserves no place in this field as he officially retired leaving both his UK & Polish team. I hope he enjoys his comeback for one meeting, rides safely but this is an important GP not a benefit meeting.
  3. The retired and selfish Watt hasn't ridden a competitive race for roughly three months. If he beats one genuine GP rider in a race he'll have done well. He couldn't beat National League riders when last seen for Rye so it could be a complete embarrassment for him and the sport. No way can he be 100% fit and 100% prepared as this call up came late.. He shouldn't be so selfish by taking this spot in the line up. He retired and should stay that way..
  4. Unpredictabily or a fluke champion who is red hot on one night only. Depends what you want.
  5. each to there own but with a one off final you get weird results. Pawlicki has been awful this season but had the Final been on the one day he performed, you know the rest. Davy Watt might win the Aussie GP.
  6. If Watt gets 2 points he has done better than I expect, could be worse than Bunyan. He should have refuse to take a place in this GP as he retired a few months ago Very selfish of him.
  7. Realistic fine but why not look for positives, ways to get better, than the obvious negatives. Easy to make critical remarks but you offer no solutions. You take the easy option of a cheap shot. If you like the sport support it or go elsewhere.
  8. 9th great record of getting a card. Its only history but does guide.
  9. Hancock , won't please everyone but he is the current Champion Pedersen , he puts bums on seats so I think that is the way BSI will go Milik, exciting rider who will add to the series Vaculik ,he won a GP and is 9th which is crucial
  10. Do you ever write anythinh positive Humph ? Very sad.
  11. I like the idea of the champ being crowned at a European venue as that is where the vast majority of the GP fan base lies. If it's in Poland so what. How many Poles have won a world title in the last 25 years ? This statistic may improve as they have 4 very good riders in the GP series but it's not certain a Pole will win.
  12. FFS how can Leicester win a trophy for coming bottom but winning a run off. Open top bus ride tomorrow no doubt.
  13. Watching the football which is very poor. Not a Leicester track lover, didn't know if to switch over.. Glad your OK with my question.
  14. No I'm not watching, just asked a question. That OK with you.
  15. Same time every year isn't it ? 6th October 2018 seems probable.
  16. I can't argue with that. But he was riding against top league riders verses Torun. That is my only get out clause..
  17. Maybe this is wrong but I thought Gorican was a really sandy track with poor racing.
  18. If you had to bribe one rider to ride poorly why Gomolski ? He does that most weeks without a bribe.
  19. No point having a wild card or reserve if they are going to be 50 yards behind the others after 100 yards. Just run a 3 man race. Maybe give Morris a go. I wouldn't use Jack Holder as bother Chris needs points badly and we all saw what happened with Hancock 12 months ago.
  20. Bates came 2nd in one race at Cardiff, he was riding regularly in two leagues at the time of the GP. Watt hasnt ridden for over 3 months, reason he retired was that he was rubbish. No comparison to be made between the two. Only a fool would think Watt deserves a place at Melbourne. Bunyan was also well below GP standard, Complete farce he was allowed to ride. There is no point having a wild card or reserve who cant mix it with the top 15.
  21. Watt has retired. End of story, he is not eligible. If he gets a ride he will only embarass himself and make a mockery of a vital GP.
  22. Are you being serious ? Yes Watt came 3rd but that was in January, not last week. He was in awful form for Rye House and retired 3 months ago because he couldn't win a race. He's not ridden a competitive heat in 3 months. How can you compare with the winner of the British Championship
