If you have 42.5 points then build your team to that mark without restriction. The skill of the Manager is tested.

Find out for sure later today but Mon / Thurs seems more sensible. If UK races on Wednesday it rules out the Danes as there league is on that night. Why make riders make a choice, lets race when no one else does.
-
that would seem the right formula. Would allow supporters to see two Premier League meetings a week if they wish.

The only gap in the GP calendar is early to mid June. The final could be 9th or 16th.

Unless you are the Swedish actor who has snuffed it.

Very hard as so many riders are closely matched. Could be 15 points covers 7th to 13th 1 Woffinden. 2. Doyle 3. Lindgren 4. Pedersen 5. Zagar 6. Dudek 7. Zmarksik 8. Emil 9. Janowski 10. Hancock 11. Vaculik 12. Laguta 13. Pawlicki 14. Holder 15. Cook A fan of Cookie but he struggled big style in the SWC in Poland. If he gets off to a bad start I can see him temperament letting him down and having a hard time. He needs a good start in the first 2 GP's. Hancock goes down to 10th as he'll be riding 3rd tier Polish speedway so he'll lack the sharpness of old. But he does keep surprising. I'll give Pedersen a chance to shine in a few GP's. Holder to show 2017 was no fluke. Dudek to do the same as Zmartzik and have a worse year 2. Injuries to play a big part probably but here's hoping all 15 stay fit for 12 GP's. Doubt that has ever happened.. -

2018 Grand Prix Venues

Agree but will anyone miss it bar the Aussie riders who get a free bus fare home. It must be a logistical nightmare for nearly everyone else. Travel 10,000 miles for 5 races lasting a minute each. -
Likely Iversen will get plenty of gp's which will give him the chance to prove a point. If Pedersen has a bad year then Iversen is the next Dane off the rank. Danish Finals could be of interest to.

Good post. Very fair

Nothing against the Danes but who would travel to Denmark when a burger costs a tenner. Isn't it one of the most expensive places in Europe ?

I'm against Holder getting a card as he was so poor this year but at least it gives him the chance to improve and he must know another year like 2017 won't be tolerated. He can't get 2 wild cards on the bounce for such poor performance. He never looked remotely close to winning a GP bar once.
-
Holder gets a card which is a terrible decision. At least this means 2017 GP winner Vaculik gets a card too. They couldn't take the 10th place but not take 9th. Feel sorry for Iversen but Nicki puts bums on seats and he'll have to perform to a high level or it's his last year. At least Iversen is first reserve so he'll get a few GP's if past years are repeated. Milik second reserve another good decision.

Agree with those who say the Poles will clean up for next few years but Manchester showed that away from home its a much closer run thing. Lets have the swc somewhere else other than Poland and no wild card to the final for a weaker home nation. Four best teams to be in the final please.

Tungate is the Big Sam Allerdyce of speedway. Unbeaten.

Hope for Nicki P, Vaculik, Milik plus an one other.
