  1. It will probably hit Poole now I've said it won't! But when it reaches inland looks like it will be a bit further east. Edit -direction has changed it's coming back westwards, but it is breaking up into showers so should just water the track!
  2. You mean the rain that's in the channel? Looks to be going slowly NE so might just miss!
  3. What is Coventry's back up race night? Can they not do that when SEC is on?
  4. Trouble is promoters and the ones on SCB will do what they see fit anyway, and you can't do a damn thing about it apart from complain on here. So I feel the best thing to do is just enjoy the racing for what it is. I know it is easy for me to say cos Poole seem to get the rub if the green a lot and if it was Coventry I'd be totally pee'd off!! But I don't think it would stop me attending/following speedway.
  5. Track should be decent as has been showery on Mon and Tues and possibly today.
  6. Arrggh, really hard to make a prediction. We have the ability to win by 12-14 points, but also could be as close as 4 points.
  7. A head to head between Brady and PK over the 2 legs, individual score wise would be interesting. Could be the difference between winning and losing.
  8. Hmm, what Polish rider would want to ride for Lakeside? Based on track size, I'm sure Lakeside as a club is fine!
  9. I disagree, I think Thorsell and PK are the key. If they get 7+ each, then that will be enough to keep it close. He wasn't in control when Wolves were at Poole last time. Rode a bit like Garrity. Actually in one race he let a Wolves 5-1 slip to a 3-3.
  10. Both teams are capable of doing that, it's what makes this SF hard to call compared to the boring other one
  11. For example the 2013 playoff final vs Birmingham where the 1st leg was at Poole (not our choice!) but we took a 20 point lead there, which they couldn't recover from. All about having a psychological edge over your opponents even if that means having a decent lead going into the second leg.
  12. True. I think when people say he's off to Wolves, it is just an educated guess.
  13. Only cos he wants to go through in front of the home fans but if we get thrashed at Wolves no one would turn up to that anyway.
  14. Poole did that once, but took the dinner part out!
  15. Enough to have my own opinion, thanks. So you can take your condescending tone somewhere else.
  16. Ha ha Fair enough! I'm pretty much half way between Poole and Southampton.
