Things were a lot different in them days i.e not so many Grand prix on a saturday night, no SEC events on a Saturday night, Better weather etc etc People are far more choosey now on what meetings that they attend.

So most things stay the same, good for the premier league, The elite league have crapped themselves over the t.v money, still keep a strong top 5 and pay the reserves peanuts. Can't see many grand prix riders in the league next season.

you are right, it is bad, speedway is not like football where it is run by money. They are going to get a massive reality check one of these days! I would rather Matt Ford looked after the sport in a better light rather than being so narrow minded about his own club and winning trophies at no matter what cost!

Perhaps use the old tac sub rule for the k.o cup matches?
