  1. I think if Redcar don't want the season to drift by and fade away and be done and dusted fixture wise by the end of August , they have to find a way of accommodating both Klindt & Wright to provide heat leader power at the top end of the team , particularly in heats 13 and 15. Think the current status of a solid septet only provides the bears with only one out and out heat leader and if they have an off night your relying on the reserves scoring 15-18 points between them.
  2. Oxford very lucky to take the points last night. Danny King lost 4 points last night due to a referee blunder and and an Engine failure.
  3. You can’t take Klindt out of the team after his last 2 home match winning performances
  4. You can’t take Klindt out of the team after his last 2 home match winning performances
  5. I would like to see Wright and Klindt in the same team but don’t think Redcar are ruthless enough to do that like say Poole would , different mentality in terms of being ruthless to win matches , whether it be Allan who drops out is debatable , could be Edwards.
  6. Needs to be absolutely fully fit and be able to make double figures from the off, otherwise it could be be a long season if we have to take Klindt out of the team for a less than fit Wright
  7. Having heard the seeded riders and the draw for the British Semi final on BSN last night it looks really week British final compared to years gone by, years ago you were lucky if your No.1 in the National league made it. Even recently we had Bewley, Lambert and Wuffy battling for the top prize , now those three won’t be there plus Nicholls and Lawson which makes it a really open but weaker field , I’ve booked to go on the 15th but was hoping to see some of the British big guns, will this meeting determine the shape of the World Team Cup Squad ?
  8. I think Jake Allan would expect to reach an 8 point average if you asked him and Edwards isn’t progressing and has stood still, I get we should always have a strong reserve partnership but we should be expecting more than 0 for Edwards at home or 5 points between Klindt and Allan, simply not good enough I’m afraid.
  9. So frustrating to lose this tie particularly when your two heat leaders have vastly under performed in Klindt and Allan. Even more frustrating is that if it wasn’t for this stupid 8 point man rule at the start of the season we all know Danny king would have been a Bear this season. But our 3 young guys emerged with great credit , Mulford, Scott and Piper. Good luck to Plymouth but sadly like most teams I think you will get beat fairly easily by Poole.
  10. Scott rider of the night followed by Klindt who showed king and nicholls the way home in the vital heats 13 and 15.
  11. Hopefully Klindt is ok to race and shows what he is capable of on Friday and Saturday. Needs support from the rest of the boys , a close tie anticpated.
  12. Don’t really understand this dislike of Klindt, the guy has been the bears top man this season , he has missed two matches, one for a knee injury and another due to a commitment he had already committed to before signing for the bears , some of these supporters are like boro fc supporters , fickle as idiot.
  13. At the end of the day cairns got what he deserved f**k all and no trophy or place on the rostrum.
  14. You obviously were not there to see Cairns torpedo Piper into the fence, I watched Cairns throughout the meeting walking round the pits like some sort of prima donna , showing no humility at all like the GP riders I had witnessed only 24 hrs earlier at Belle Vue.
  15. Because cairns is such a dirty t**t that’s why piper throws a wobbler as you put it .
  16. The problem with the Bears is that they don't have the firepower in the latter heats like they did last season with Wright and King, thanks to that stupid ruling of only one 8 point man which benefited Poole and Glasgow more than anyone else, particularly the former with the reserves they brought in. Too inconsistent too, how can Jason Edwards go from beating Josh Pickering to getting bear off Ryan Ingram on his home track. Agree Lambert battled hard but his size makes it really awkward to glide / blast round people on the outside.
  17. The bent decision to limit each team to only one rider over 8 pts impacted Redcar the most this season. As a result Redcar have a weak septet this season and will do well to avoid the wooden spoon.
  18. Jenkins gone according to his social media lambert announced on bears FB
  19. Jenkins gone according to his social media
  20. No way could you drop Allan prob been the best rider alongside Klindt but as controversial as this would be I would sacrifice Edwards and Mulford , harsh but we need some further top end strength , the lad who guested for Poole last week would be good at 7
