  1. Unrealistic to think the ref would exclude Zmarslik. Cook just said it was the right call. Tai will still win the title no worries.
  2. I have seen MPT a few times this season and although not the best gater which is probably why he is inconsistent but is a trier and never gives up, on his day certainly has the beating of our reserves. Simon Lambert I wouldn't expect to score much but could pick up some points at home. Riss has been a major plus for KL and a much better rider than Garrity who he replaced and can beat anyone on his day, Proctor is a good rider but not long come back from injury, he has got some good scores for Workington lately so that is good for KL, Jorgensen could be the key as like the semi he does blow hot and cold but he has a good season and can pull it out of the bag when needed. Overall though I think Josh G, Klindt and Woryna should have the beating of Jorgensen, Proctor and Riss Iversen as we all know is a top rider , not had a great season by his standards but usually goes well at Wimborne Road so I would expect him to score well in both legs but Morris can be good too so that contest should be fairly even whereas I would expect Ellis to struggle against Iversen at KL. Robert Lambert is almost unbeatable at KL and is usually very good at Poole too and has had a great season but if Harris rides like he did in heat 15 Monday we could be in for some thrilling races. Overall should be a close contest and if Poole can take a 8 point lead to KL then it could be down to the last race at Saddlebow Road, I love the play offs they always deliver.
  3. Yes but if he had scored a point in his last ride his team would have won the cup. MPT scoring was terrible though but Klindt got zero the other day in the championship and Peterborough would still lost had MPT got double figures. Not sure previous scores means a lot.
  4. And Harris was last in his last ride at Edinburgh in heat 15 . Doubt either will be repeated next week
  5. I have seen enough of MPT to know he is in great form. Also i think you should disregard both of the recent clashes as i think they are not representative.
  6. Josh at 5 would be a good move or maybe Klindt at 5. Klindt is our best gater which is imperative at KL.
  7. Absolutely correct, I know we all remember when he has been the thorn in our side and whether he owes us anything as he said is debatable but what is not debateable is that he has been a fantastic servant to racing in this country and you can't buy his spirit and determination. Personally I have always liked him and he has given us some of the most exciting races ever witnessed.
  8. True but that is what makes Bomber so exciting just like Mark Loram, neither can gate for toffee.
  9. Very true I don't think anyone expected his average to dip below 7.
  10. Yes that is a bit strange you would have thought Batch would have tried a bit harder! We like to make it interesting for our friends at Swindon!
  11. Iversen seems to blow a bit hot and cold although his overall form of late has been better. I would say Poole are not superior at reserve, MPT is better than either of our reserves although Simon Lambert is a weakness, MPT can have one of his rides. Our strength is our middle order although I much prefer Josh at 3 it worked well at Somerset then in heat one at home he came last in the number two position, Woryna may have come last too but the team looks stronger with Josh at 3, I also think Josh and Nicolai rider well together.
  12. Yes he would be a good guest at KL, now we know Morris is guesting at home and he can't guest away as his average is too high I am sure Ellis will guest at Saddlebow Road.
  13. Difficult to know what lead we need but we need to start a bit better than monday! I would have thought minimum of 8 anymore would be a bonus.
