  1. But that cannot be the total answer, we get big crowds because when we win, the Fords are winners, they dont accept failure. It has happened throughout their history whichever league we were in. Their passion for the Poole team rubs off on everyone. I do not think we would have had the success we have had without that winning mentality. Workington may not have the fanbase Poole have and the population in the locality maybe smaller but you must also come to the conclusion if they were winning and at the other end of the table, more people would attend.
  2. Personally I love the play offs, riders usually give their absolute best and it is great to watch.
  3. Always will be, people are jealous of our success.
  4. It would be nice if your opposition was a liitle bit more competitive. Might make it more exciting for the neutral although I appreciate not so close meetings can be good too.
  5. I am more than happy to keep winning,I don't want to watch Cami Brown celebrating in the George pub ever again!
  6. Yep love the play offs, end of this season would not be that exciting without the play offs. Glasgow have two tough away meetings.
  7. If he was available to sign for a Premiership team, I am sure he would have done because there are a few clubs who could do with his services.
  8. When did we win the play offs without topping the league prior to the play offs? So you say Poole sponsored play offs but we would have won anyway and in 2023 when Glasgow beat us in the play offs, we topped the league table that year too. The plays offs are terrific entertainment and a great end to the season.
  9. Hodder rode well but Slater was terrific at a away track.
  10. Certainly nobody at Poole has a problem with him. Don't see it as a problem. Many have done the same in the past and will in the future. It is a very sensible thing to do.
  11. I saw Scott interviewed and he see very doubtful about riding anytime soon.
  12. So if Cairns and Rushen are in same meeting, why is Cooper not available and Will is?
  13. It isn't that you are so obsessed then that you are repeatedly on every Poole thread.
  14. Well he didn't drop many points at Sheffield last night. If Max is not available, Ben Cook was flying last night, looked very quick.
  15. No I don't think Etheridge said anything to Ben, Etheridge looked a liability all night.
  16. They don't need a hosepipe ban in Workington, the track gets plenty of water from all the tears every week.
  17. Possibly one of the worst decisions ever. Etheridge has been a liability tonight. Great ride from Picko though.
