Poole Pirates Vs Berwick Bandits 29th May
foreverblue replied to Shaleshifter's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Yes true and Poole are lucky to be so close to the hospital which is a big help in these circumstances but I have been to many meetings over the years where the meeting was delayed by a long time to wait for the ambulance to return because they only had one. At Oxford last season there was a meeting that was delayed a long time for someone in the crowd to be attended to and the ambulance came on track and quite rightly so. -

I am not sure you understand his agenda. -
He went to Poole hospital for x rays, I believe it was precautionary so hopefully will be back very soon.

Oh that is good, he was going well, wish him all the best for a speedy recovery. -
Yes I said a decent side in my view, I didn't say they were title winners and I said very few reserves will beat Kerr, was I right?
-
He wants oxford to do badly, that is clear. He wants to be proved correct however detrimental that is to Oxford. What Oxford have done , running 3 teams is very brave and should be applauded. I have been to Sandy Lane many times going back to Todd Wiltshire, Hans Neilsen etc and have seen many great meetings at that track and hope to see many more.
-
I have never said any of that, Kerr is much better than Craig Cook in my opinion. I said I would love to see Janowski as I remember how he used to ride for Poole but that was in hope more than expectation as I realise he is not the rider he was. I also never said you were on the wind up. What I did say is that Oxford were a good side which would make the play offs and I still think that.

Surely has to be Pawlicki.

If you employ a GP rider you are not cutting costs but you are hoping you will get back the extra expense in gate receipts. Some fans may not think much of Sam Ermolenko's input but he may of been instrumental in getting Lindgren.

I don't have much time for woffy either and your track is clearly the best in this country, best in europe not so sure. I am planning a trip to the SON hope its better than the other night!
-
They are a good side which will be helped by the return of Kerr, nobody said they were league winners I dont think. I said they were play off contenders
-
I have been to many good meetings at Oxford, you are spoilt.

I would think Oxford could d0 with him back and you could say they should have him back. It is a shame Magic is off form for Oxford as he seems to be going better in Poland now, not sure how patient they can be. He was always terrific at the Leicester track with good battles against Doyley, I know that was a few years ago but he seems to be trying hard but just doesn't have the speed. If Oxford replace him though I would think they need a GP rider, Kerr should be a reserve. -

Yes I hope he does well, he has had a few injuries and one particular horrific one, he deserves better luck. -
Yes I did, Leicester never in doubt, Birmingham not so much but felt they were always in control.

Tate would be a good guest or Sedgy as he beat Emil in one race tonight but I think r/r would be ok too. Lawson rode well tonight so he should go well and could take one of the rides. -
