Philip can you give an answer to the query regarding the rules for naming teams for the matches at Lynn and Vestervik-i say that the team and riding order is fixed when the 4 riders taking part are nominated 14 days prior to this 1st round(apart from a rider being injured or ill ) others say that riding order can be changed-there certainly was some misunderstanding this year about who was riding in what position within the team. Could you clarify what the rule is ?

Wrong -hopefully Philip Rising will confirm at some stage that "once the SWC final tournament has started " means after round one and 2 -because it says also "as teams progress" they are allowed to change line-up-ie race-off and final.

You are obviously not reading what I am writing-the rules allow the run-off line-up and the final line-up to be announced 30 minutes after practice finishes-this does NOT happen in the 1st rounds-the teams must line-up with the team as declared 14 days previously(unless a rider is injured) It`s not rocket science.

But it didn`t necessarily happen-they rode in the 2 meetings in the line-up given 14 days ago-how the wrong order appeared elsewhere(was it wrong in the programme ?) needs explaining by someone.
