  1. Sorry no you are wrong-read page 9 here http://www.fim-live.com/fileadmin/alfresco/6550005_eng.pdf
  2. No they can only replace a rider who is injured or ill in event 1 and 2 from the declared line-up given 14 days before the start of the tournament-for the race off and final teams have until 30 mins after the relevant practice(ie Thursday race-off Friday final)to confirm riders and riding order-teams already will know what colour they are riding before making that decision-this is 100% correct.
  3. The rule starts by saying that teams have to declare their line-up for the first match 14 days in advance-then the lines i quoted previously about once the competition has started etc etc
  4. Yes page 9 agree it`s not well written but the relevant part is "once the SWC tournament has started and as FMN`s progress they may change their team etc etc. All done to ensure programmes printed with line-ups complete where possible. Obviously race-off and final programmes have blank line-ups,however with the continental lay-out these only need to be filled in once.
  5. Several threads covering the same SWC but basically posters were saying drop kennett and i posted to say that the rules don`t allow for a rider to be dropped once named in the team for the 1st meetings(since i believe confirmed on twitter by Middlo) However teams and riding orders for race-off and final are not confirmed until team sheets are handed in-no later than 30 mins after practice for those meetings.
  6. I have already put on the GB thread that the rule for changing line-ups is only for the race-off and final -as in previous years teams for the Czestochowa and Kings Lynn round can only be changed for illness or injury(add refusing to ride for the Russian federation as well !! )
  7. Pretty sure they have been around since the 80`s on green sheets
  8. I did change allowed only for injury and sickness. reduced to 4 riders from 5 (and 20 heats from 25 ) was done i believe because the poor prize money split between 4 is better than between 5.
  9. They are isussed monthly with matches included upto 23rd month- normally out 27/28th month operative from 1st of following month ie green sheets from August 1st will include matches upto 23rd July.Green sheets can be isussed at other times if a new signing has completed enough matches to get an average.
  10. Yes and i would query the apparent fact that he couldn`t get to Fossa in time if he rode for Edinburgh-persumably they were looking at the first flight from glasgow which gets to Helsinki too late-however speedway riders have been known to undertake long overnight car journeys to get to meetings(asleep while someone else does the driving)and the first Finnair flight out of Heathrow would have got him to the meeting.not ideal travel arrangements i would agree, expensive as well, however he would have been able to ride for Edinburgh.
  11. Shouldn`t think it`s lazy or inaccurate-R/R was ineligible so the R/R points scored are removed- end of
  12. Nothing to do with the BSPA this ruling-you obviously think you know better than the SCB.
  13. the SCB rule book clearly states that golden heats are used in Premier league final Premier league cup semi-finals and final it is not used in premier league KOC at all
  14. Google translation of another Sportowefakty article in June Everything starts and finishes in Poland. At each tournament will consist of 22 races. Some essential, as in the Grand Prix, will be 20 speed. After them, two of the best in the classification immediately advance to the grand final. Speedway riders to finish third to sixth in the race will face play-off, which are at stake in the other two places. Interestingly, the points gained in this course will not be included in the classification Maximum winner of each tournament will therefore be able to get 18 points, starting six. Individual title of European Champion will win best played in four finals So i am assuming top 2 scorers after 20 heats go to final.race. Race 21 is for next 4 highest-where 1st and 2nd get into the final heat 22 to join the top 2 scorers. points scored in final count in total 3,2,1,0. Points are only scored in heats 1 to 20 plus heat 22. Therefore max points available in any round is 15 pt max + 3 for winning final=18
  15. Start times and TV matches announced 1st up at 3pm uk time Leszno v Czestochowa followed at 5.30 pm uk time Torun v zielona Gora that`s the current top 4 meeting-so it didn`t really take a lot of guessing Start times for the other matches are-all uk times 3pm Wroclaw v Bydgoszcz 5.30 pm Gorzow v tarnow 5.30 pm Rzeszow v Gniezno
  16. Just some advance information about the Final at Poole on Saturday 24th August 1st race is at 6.30 pm uk time and practice is at 12 noon on the day of the meeting.
  17. I would think that as these finals are on TV there is bound to be at least a final(top scorers race) at each meeting.
  18. Maybe if they renew the contract next season they will not sell it as " every match live " and change it to "live unless we can find something else to put on instead "
  19. As reported on Polish TV yesterday the Laguta Brothers have pulled out from competing for Russia-Does Philip Rising know the latest situation ?
  20. Round 14 fixtures on Sunday 21st July(depending on SWC final going ahead the day before ) Rzeszow v Gniezno Gorzow v Tarnow Torun v Zielona Gora Wroclaw v Bydgoszcz Leszno v Czestochowa TV matches are still to be announced my guess would be the matches at Torun and Leszno will be shown.
  21. I can watch it at 8.30 if i wanted to-It`s the principal-let the Jocks watch Celtic on "delayed live "
  22. This tuesday 9th July Premier sports are showing a Celtic friendly in Germany live at 6pm and the Swedish speedway match Vargarna v Hammarby is on "delayed live "at 8.30 pm. thank you Premier-as soon as a crappy football match comes up Speedway gets jocked off.
