They have introduced a new rule for 2017 where a Polish rider who is no longer under 21 can be a squad member for a Extraleague team and also ride for a team in the other divisions- THJ is just a squad member for Gorzow.

Yes and no- don`t think they had to because they went " skint " and were then refused a licence to operate. Persumably returning with a new company formed.
