Whilst I`m more than happy to acknowledge that I was wrong in thinking a guest would be allowed last evening, it would be good to know why Brady Kurtz was actually stopped from riding. Rule 18.10.1 is obviously in there for a reason and I can only assume that the DMU qualifier status of the Danish meeting did not meet the 18.10.1 criteria. If anyone knows Rosco or Gary May maybe we can be told why !!

I agree it muddies the water but 18.10.1 is clear for this occasion- and you to laugh if Somerset have fallen foul of the 7 day rule.

The rules however say that they can use a guest in this instance. 18.10 just covers the facility.

The world championship is an FIM inscribed competition- so that starts with the national qualifiers. The rule is clear to me- guest or R/R is permitted.
