  1. All that that I know at the moment is that Artem Laguta will be replaced by Loktaev,. Here is a picture with the all the possible scenarios regarding 6th place: https://twitter.com/BjornOldeen/status/367210495545057280/photo/1
  2. Its confirmed by Björn Oldéen at C more that they indeed will show Piraterna - Vargarna.
  3. Actually depending on what happens in Västervik, Smederna have a chance of finish 3rd if Dackarna wins so does Indianerna The track in Kumla usually also prove very good speedway probably the best track in the country together with Motala.
  4. If you want to experience something really fantastic and fairly unique, I would fly to Stockholm Arlanda (ARN/ESSA) and rent a car and go with the ferries between Stockholm and Åbo (Viking Line or Tallink Silja), standing on deck on a larger passenger ship while going through the amazing archipelagos of Stockholm, Åland and Åbo is memory for life (unless the weather is really poor).
  5. C more commenator Morgan Andersson have previously said on twitter that C more would show Piraterna - Vargarna if Smederna won. I am not sure but I assume that this still applies and its the only choice if the want to choose between Motala and Vetlanda. However IMO they should go to Kumla instead, since i think Indianerna - Smederna, PK, Jonsson and Laguta vs. Iversen, Pepe and maybe Antonio. There are allot of scenarios tomorrow for the final positions so we'll see what happens.
  6. I would add that they occasionally is riding over the edge/their capability. Its only two years ago that one of the Pawlicki brother striked Ryan Sullivan in the Swedish final between Piraterna and Indianerna causing a broken collarbone on Ryan and forcing Indianerna to cope with 6 riders in the first final.
  7. I think from London its Ryanair, if you don't want to go with them you can fly to either Stockholm or Helsinki and change to a flight to Tammerfors. Personally I would probably go by car via the overnight ferry from Stockholm to Åbo and then drive from Åbo to Tammerfors.
  8. That is a good question. Quite likely the winner will either be Örnarna or Rospiggarna. Rospiggarna should meet all necessary requirements. Örnarna is rumoured to have decided that they want to advance to Elitserien however their arena, Greveby, is said to be a bit short regarding the standard. It is also rumoured that Örnarna already have reached an agreement with the Karlsson brothers,Peter, Mikael (Max) and Magnus, that they will ride for Örnarna next year if Örnarna advances to Elitserien. Imo it is also very very likely that Andreas Jonsson will move home to Rospiggarna if they are the team that earns the promotion.
  9. I prefer the current Swedish method since its the most accurate and a true average (X / Y = average). Scored points divided by ridden heats. Very simple. The old (18 formula) system does not take into account the number of heats nut only the number of meetings. And imo it does not reflect the tactual capacity of the riders since it also was a quite slow system and large changes in the average took longer to get in affect. I think this is the 3rd or 4th season with these averages.
  10. Yes I know but Piraterna haven't decidet yet if they will use R/R or use a replacement.
  11. Elitserien Round 14 The final round of this years Elitserien. Piraterna, Dackarna and Västervik all have the chance for a top two finish, the top two gets straight to semi final. Västervik, Indianerna and Ikaros Smederna all have the chance to make top 4. Vargarna, Elit Vetlanda and Ikaros Smederna are fighting for places 5 and 6 which would get them into play offs. Smederna can finish 5th at the worst but it makes no difference then finishing 6th. Hammarby, Vargarna and Elit Vetlanda are all trying to avoid the last place which would mean relegation. Hammarby will be relegated, Vetlanda and Vargarna to fight for 6th. The current standings: http://www.svemo.se/...13/Serietabell/ More info in this picture: https://twitter.com/...5057280/photo/1 Basically what it says: The first paragraph is the results at each of the two arenas. To the left is the result in Motala and to the right is the needed result for Vetlanda in relation to the score in Motala. Second paragraph is: tied score in Vetlanda with bonus to Hammarby (1p Vetlanda), tied result is enough for Vagarna. tied score in Vetlanda with bonus to Vetlanda (2p Vetlanda) Vargarna need to win but don't need bonus. Vetlanda win (which will get them the bonus 3p to Vetlanda). Vargarna need to win with minimum 4p + bonus point. Then points quote will decide. Vargarna can afford to win with 14p less then Vetlanda and still Finnish 6th. The last paragraph is the opposite to the first. The result in Vetlanda to the left and how much Vargarna needs to win with in relation to the score Vetlanda. It depends on tonight's meeting between Hammarby and Ikaros Smederna. However it will either be Elit Vetlanda - Hammarby or Piraterna - Vargarna.
  12. yeah I do think he will do well but as always there is difference between riding abroad then riding in your home league, you know new environment, another type of tracks and etc. He has done well so far this season though, upping his average from 0,782 to 1,055.
  13. One change is that he quit the Swedish league during the middle of the season. Which means 1 meeting/week in Poland plus occasional meetings in Russia. IMO that is a bit little to keep the pace up. Less occasions to get bike set up feedback and etc.
  14. Macca, nice try but i still disgaree with you. Its a similar situation as with Leigh Adams who were in he GP top for well over a decade an a half but eventually finsihed outside top 8. The discussion then was the same then as now. He is a classy rider who have been in the top for many years, he deserves a wild card. As you know, that didn't happen. I think it will be the same witth Tomasz and Greg. If they finish outside top 8 I don't think we'll see them in the Grand Prix anymore. If they finish within top 8 I think Greg might do another year but not Tomasz.
  15. Who do you think will replace Kjastas Puodzuks as one of the track reserves? He seems to have broken his hand/wrist yesterday?
  16. lineups Hammarby-Smederna Hammarby 1. Grzegorz Walasek 2. Artem Laguta 3. Leon Madsen 4. Mikael Max 5. Kenneth Bjerre 6. Sebastian Aldén 7. Robin Aspegren Lagledare: Piotr Zyto & Anders Fröjd. Ikaros Smederna 1. Peter Karlsson 2. Szymon Wozniak 3. Grigorij Laguta 4. Krzysztof Buczkowski 5. Andreas Jonsson 6. Oliver Berntzon 7. Linus Eklöf Zorro have a meeting in England and I find it annoying that foreign leagues have precedence for Swedish riders for postponed meetings.
  17. Eurosport International will re-play it 07.00 & 17.45 tomorrow on ES2 and 22.45 in ES1. Then also at 10.45 on Monday in Es1.
  18. Masarna won the final meeting in this years allsvenskan with 48-42 and with this managed to take the final play off spot.
  19. no thanks too expensive for the club and the GPs really ruined the track. Finally it seem like they have managed to get in back in order. But the parking lot have been ruined by a go cart track and the city is really slow with building news one around the track,
  20. Målilla is good track but the thing that I dislike with it that its too isolated. Limited accommodations, limited public transport and etc...
  21. So are we to assume that Tampere will replace Gothenburg and that Finlands GP will be use Got's May date?
  22. Great, now we're just waiting for a NL GP. Was it Arnhem that you said was most suitable? Now confirmed on speedwaygp.com as well: http://speedwaygp.co...-for-grand-prix
