No news on Vaculik, Mikael Max seems to move to Lejonen.

i think the Polish team will win in P'boro. because they are the best team and with the Russian winning yesterday the race off is going to be super tough. even if the Polish team are the best and having home track advantage, anything can happen in a race off and there is always a risk that they will miss the final.

nope there are probably a couple of teams that are interested. Rospiggarna was interested but now thinks his salary demands are too high. other Swedish news is that young talent ANton Rosén has withdrawn from the JEM (Euro U19?) final this weekend due to a crash earlier this week.

Hans himself claims that he doubt he can ride because the left hand is more or less unusable. If Hans dont ride Klindt will take his place.

from what i have heard Hans escaped without any broken bones although he have/had(?) some pain in his hands. Dont know if he will ride or not. Some of the Danish members in here should be able to give us some more info.

nice to hear that you enjoyed the visit to Norrköping. If i where you. If possible i would make a trip one week later then your originally planned and visit Piraterna at Motala on the 25th of August for the meeting between Piraterna and Rospiggarna and then travel north to Eskilstuna on following wednesday (26th) for the Division 1 meeting between Team Bikab (Smederna's Division 1 team) and Stjärnorna. How ever you will need a car to be able to get from Eskilstuna to Smedstadion for the Division 1 meeting since there are no bus connection for the Div1. meetings at Smedstadion. Motala is some 150 km west of Nyköping/skavsta and some 170km southwest of Eskilstuna.

there is supposed to be 3 meetings in Allsvenskan tonight but i am pretty sure that atleast two of those; Getingarna-Hammarby (stockholm derby) and Masarna-Valsarna will be postponed due to very intensive and heavy rain which hit Sweden late y'day evening and it have rained all night and it is expected to rain all day aswell. Örnarna-Solkatterna might still be able to go ahead as planned since it haven't the rain that in taht part of the country.

i think it could be a minor hand injury. He was holding his hand when he walked back to the pit. anyhow what happened was: 1. Hans had the lead over the straight 2. Emil closes in on the outside and is equal to Hans just before the bend. 3. Emil try to pass Hans but Emil (imo) is a bit too reckless and and cuts in too narrow in front of Hans who have no where to go when Emil falls over Hans front wheel both takes a tumble, Emil is caught by the airfence and is partially stuck under it while Hans has a direct head-on input on the airfence and flies over the fence. Luckily the speed had been lowered by the airfence sop Hans got away with a scare and what i think some sort of hand injury.

Buczkowski i doubt he gets a new ride in Sweden Miskowiak probably no new team either. Vaculik shouldnt have any problems to find a new club. Although Indianerna have to sack one rider to be able to fit Zorro in, the same goes for Vargarna.

well to be honest i probably would have ex'd the rider in white helmet as well. But its hard to see how much contact there was. A view from the opposite direction would have been preferable.

would you with the same logic say the Magnus "Zorro" Zetterström was the best Swedish rider last season just because he won the Swedish championship final? In a one off final anything can happen and its not necessarily the best rider that wins in the end.

well there are several riders that deserves WC before any of those two

rumours are that SVEMO wanted to get rid of one team so that they could close the Elitleague with no team being demoted/promoted.
