Danny is a legend before a wheel's turned. Great guy. Sort of guy you'd like to get pee'd with -
As well as representatives from the NL, there were representatives from Barratts and Wimpey.

Hmm. Let me see. Seven rider teams have been on the go for ... 10 years. Nope. 20 years. Nope. 30 years. Nope. OK I give in. Don't tell me, Edinburgh were the first team EVER in British speedway to have a strong 1/2. Shouldn't let your good riders go then, should you? Boring. Wakey, wakey! Jealousy oozing out of every pore! Feel the burn MrB, feel the burn .... -

Really good guy, great attitude. Danny is something else. More personality in his right toe than the average human has in totality. Going to be a big fan's favourite. -
Happy days are here again! I can smell the methanol already. Speedway returns with a refreshingly new first footer. We throw out the old, and bring in the new. No more Trainspotters kicking off the season, they're busy looking for a Digby to potter round at the back wearing No7. Nope, a star studded team comes to town namely: 1. Richard Lawson 2. Richie Worrall 3. Ben Barker (Yes! That Ben Barker) 4. Nike Luna 5. Aaron Summers (aka Captain Bloody Fantastic) 6. Coty Garcia 7. Danny Ayres (he's one of us already!) Then we have the equally star studded Coventry Bees 1. Krzysztof Kasprzak 2. Kasper Wornya 3. Danny King 4. James Sarjeant 5. Chris Harris 6. Martin Knuckey 7. Liam Carr Mucho mouth watering races in prospect with GP riders, a few Ashfield track record holders and the chance to see five new Tigers in action. Scottish speedway kicks off on Sunday ... Whilst the lawns and rose beds of Edinburgh get tended, and the rider job interviews commence.

Had to stop watching mate, don't do videos of men on stage in front of an audience and only wearing their Ys. Whatever floats your boat. Each to his own I suppose.

Been practicing your mind reading mate?

Speedway really does need to look at the costs involved in running a club. We need as many clubs running as possible and if that means reduced costs (whatever they are) then so be it. Sorry to hear this news.
-
Good to hear it. So a Tiger at heart then.
-
Spoken like a true glory hunter! Blobby will be spluttering out his cocoa reading your post. All his PR work going down the loo in one go! Nice one.
-
New Minion buzz phrase ... "How's that working for you?" Hmm! Let me see. Starter for 10. Team and stadium long term future secure. Starting the season with 7 riders of our choice. British Semi-final to look forward to. Finally, thinking of moving house in 2017. Anyone know where I can get a nice new one in a noise free area of Armadale? How's that's work for you?
-
Have to laugh at the Smugs living in the past. Champions and have to advertise for riders! Hello ......! Wakey, Wakey!
-
I was referring to posts on this forum MrB, not what the club's party line was/is. Think you're getting a tad confused with what the BSF is really about - a discussion group rather than a vehicle for those "connected" with clubs to pretend to be something their not and use it for promotion PR purposes.
-
Thought all was well with Mitch's passport. Can we not believe everything we read on the BSF?
-
Tell that to the BSPA who agreed the date.
-
Every close season on BSF, we have fans putting forward ideas for improving the sport's future in post after post. All these well intentioned ideas put forward because the paying punters really care. But unfortunately of the people who really can make a difference - the owners/promoters - some of them are just plain amateur and just not up to the job. Speedway fans care passionately about their sport, they are your paying customers. Belle Vue tonight is quite simply a major schoolboy error. There can, and should be, no excuses. You had your chance tonight Belle Vue and totally screwed it. Totally!
-
Good night for Ben and Richard tonight. Let's hope it's an indication of things to come this season. Nice one boys!
-
Easy for Embra then."Hello Alex?" "Yes Alex" "We've got a passport for Mitch" "OK thanks Alex. That's your 1-7 confirmed then" "Cheers Alex" "Alex" "Yes Alex?" "Thanks for sorting out the Weegies over that semi final thing" "No worries Alex, anytime" "BTW Alex. We now have a free night night on 20th May. Never planned on a meeting that night anyway." "I know Alex" "Time for bed now Alex" "Night Alex" "Night Alex" BTW I know he stepped down last season CSI Cyclone.

With Monarch's busy schedule it's a struggle to find a free day when their fans/promotion will permit the rest of the UK to have their championship: Monday - darts tourney Tuesday - sewing bee for the men Wednesday - gin rummy Thursday - arm wrestling for the women Saturday - watching Ant & Dec

Totally agree. Fixture process should work on a pyramid basis from top down. Not top down and bottom up simultaneously and hope to meet in the middle.
