  1. To see if he had anything to worry about.
  2. Come on. The track was equal to everyone. Everyone had to ride the same way around, and after the first laps noone could plan which gate to become in upcomming heats unless finishing one heat. IMO it is just "sour grapes"
  3. Excuse my lack of knowledge, but what does "Paddy" mean here ?
  4. I'm quite convinced that KB fifnished ahead of Leigh Adams.
  5. What a lot of fuzz about KB taking Lee out. I can't recall the accident at all, but that might be because of the great performance by KB. IMO KB would have been in the final if Crumpie did not make the right turn in the gating in the semi. I still don't think it was a fair move by Crumpie, but Crumpie has obviously been so afraid og KB's performing at the day of racing in Copenhagen.
  6. Unfortunately there is a lot of members who easily calls a rider for dirty if he has been involved in an accident. A lot of these replies are quite biased of their own "preferred riders/clubs" and if one of these are in an kind of situation, then the other rider per definition is a "dirty rider". I think that the FORUM has to define a few phrase used on the Forum. Dirty rider : Deliberately going for "taking a rider out" in one or another way. Fencing : Deliberately putting another rider into a position where the fence is the only way out. And so on. IMO there is a big difference of beeing a "hard rider" and a "dirty rider". cya
  7. Come on SS. Lindbäck is a team-rider. He has not showed much individually yet.
  8. Actually I think his maneuvre was not worthy for a champ "wanna bee". I lost a lot of my respect for the crumpy-guy. But then again, after a good nights sleep, a long trip in the car back to Jylland, with a little stop in Slangerup to watch KB riding there in the Danish League. It might be the best for KB not to enter a final this early in his carreer. He will probably be there in a few years anyway. I can see it in another way too. Crumpie might have been a little scared of KB's performing, and felt forced to take him out deliberately. Anyway, KB did a very good performance, and passing the other aussie, Adams, in the semis too. Great race. cya
  9. It has been raining cats and dogs in Jylland, but how the weather has been on Sjælland, I don't know. But have a look here : http://www.dmi.dk/ It is in English too The footie will certainly take a few Swedes staying back home in front of the telly.
  10. And where does Hancock fits into this ? He and Hamill are made of the same piece of wood. Noway either of them are going to be a decent world champ.
  11. A well done to the Danish Vikings. It seemd to be the outer gates was taking the most heat wins. Could be due to poor track conditions. See you in Vojens
  12. Great stuff Jayne. Looking forward to some information then
  13. Yeah, but where was the real "hard-core" riders in this competition ?
  14. Oiiiiiiiiii ! Moving rapidly up the table. Happy to see you back Lioness. People has been missing you on the Forum.
  15. approx. 23000 and 30000 expectet this year Ole Thanks Ole, looking forward to a packed stadium making a hell of a of noise!! Hehe Then a few more than 30000 has to come and watch. cya next week-end.
  16. I Believe you have to find another one for Hampel. He seems to have a broken collarbone, and may be out for weeks. On the right day KB will race the butt out of anyone.
  17. Then he has to beat another young rider first. You can have a wild guess of who I mean.
  18. Tom as I understand Hampel has a broken collarbone and will be out for at least 2 to 3 weeks. Do you think Joonas will be in his place? On speedwaygp.com, it says Kylmakorpi was also injured and will be out for between 2-4 weeks so doubt he will be taking Hampel's place. Hope we hear official news on the line-up soon! Does anybody on here know what is is the nearest station to Parken stadium, either train station or on the metro/underground? Thanks Hia! By train you will have to get of at Østerport Station. You can take the subway from the centrum, but a few ordinary trains stops here as well. This station is about 15 minutes walk from "Parken". Bus no. 15 stops at the "Parken", and can be taken from central railwaystation (Hovedbanegården) in the centrum.
  19. Would be excellent as I have to go to work.
  20. Garf here is the text from FIM rulebook (073.2.1) : "The limit for the minimum age (16 years) starts on the date of the rider's birthday and the limit for the maximum age (21 years) finishes at the end of the year in which they reach 21 years, pursuant to the FIM Medical Code." Thanks Tomaz. So this means that Kenneth will be able to ride U/21 next year as well as he has 21 years birthday in may next year. Great stuff. cya
  21. Is the line up published somewhere by now ?
  22. What are the rules for how long a rider will be allowed to participate in f.ex. U/21 championships ? Is it the year the will becom 21 years old ? Or is it when the day occurs then they are no longer permitted in these championships.
  23. Kenneth scored today 8+1 in 6 heats. Another match was lost. This time 57-39, and Kenneth scored 8+1 in 6 heats. In Kenneth's first heat he defeated the ruling World Champion, as he made a terrific gating, and managed to keep all the opponents behind him. The heattime became the fourth fastest in the match. Unfortunately for the Piraterna one or two riders was obviously not performing what they usually do, and therefore it became very difficult for the Piraterna to make a good figure.
