  1. 100% with you there mate. floppy provided the fans with superb value for money last night. he surpassed everyone's expectations and did himself and the nation proud
  2. just got back from cardiff. set off at about 9am, roads were clear all the way home. very tired now, probably catch a few winks and then watch the gp on video! i had a great day, much better than last year and i met loads of new forum members. all in all a fantastic day out.
  3. i might have an england flag around my waist in a beckham-esque sarong stylee. that coupled with a flag of a totally irrelevant nation will confuse anyone.
  4. good job i'm taking 3 able-bodied friends then isn't it! i need all mine for driving and what-not.
  5. well i'm english before being british so i'll have something to do with good old saint george about me
  6. i dont think you're alone lt. who or what is javine? i'm all for that idea. maybe tweek the spec just a little bit and allow mouth organs.
  7. at least we know why there's no immigrant problem in wales - you have to pay to get in the bloody country!
  8. i'm buying a flag when we get to cardiff. haven't decided what country yet. i refuse to buy an american flag, don't want a czech flag because it'd mean supporting the dribble brothers and i dont want a danish flag for obvious nicki pedersen related reasons. the rest i'm ok with.
  9. well the event won't be a sellout so i should imagine there'll be tickets at the door. don't take my word for that though. i should think the tickets will be priced between £25-£40 depending on whats available.
  10. well the met office say top temperature of 19 degrees with beautiful sunshine and a nice breeze. sounds ideal to me. not too hot and perfect sunshine!
  11. 2pm - sam's bar 5pm - prince of wales i believe children are allowed in both
  12. i've been called all manor of things in my time, but not to my recollection anything positive. feels kinda nice actually

  14. toll road runs from just north of cannock to just south of birmingham. it cuts out junctions 4 to 11a of the M6. very quiet, went on there a couple of weeks ago, i counted 7 cars going northbound on the entire stretch
  15. honestly there is no way you could've seperated loram and sullivan. like they said, if that was in the elite league it would've been a dead heat and the points shared. as for the shutting off, i cant understand why the referee didn't take any action. he told them before the meeting that it wouldn't be tolerated at all, and then he lets it go? this was the same referee as coventry vs wolves. enough said.
  16. congrats must go to bjarne pedersen on a fantastic night's work. also well done to hampel and walasek for doing as well as they did.
  17. i presume live updates will be on the forum as per usual?
