  1. Im sure Josh doesnt give a rats ass where he is---time to forget that one i think--bit old now!!!
  2. Some decent racing and a very good track last night i thought What was it with the start marshall, silly old goat, constantly pointing at the Scunthorpe riders then up the refs boxs?? Did anyone else think the ref got it wrong at end of heat 14,Auty seemed to slow down to let Jorgensen take the win, which i thought he did...but ref gave it to Josh??? On the Tigers front,Steand really is mustard around there,Bates looked injured and the rest hit and miss Fastest way around last night was the outside and you got Hall sat having his Tea in the carvery!!!!---for fecks sake, that team needs him in the middle order --not sampling the carrots!!!
  3. Gotta feel sorry for Glasgow --is that classed as a bum deal!!
  4. Fair point but the old saying is averages dont lie!!! I dont understand your post Saying we are desperate to get to the Play offs,---dam right,i thought that was the idea or have i missed something??? And how is it puzzling you that we are willing to take on a team with RR??? not as if its the first time RR is being used is it? And to make you statement 100% correct you may add that Sheff have a facility, where as the one that Scunny postponed-[not cancelled] we didnt have a facility enjoy your racing to night--I know i will!
  5. You could argue that RR for Proctor actually makes the Tigers a little stronger, heis average around Owlerton is under 5 so with Stead taking an extra one plus the rest, i dont think it make you weaker does it???
  6. I would say it is quite big news- you just signed one of the best youngster around ---- nice move
  7. Josh Bates would make a great addition to the asset base...young..talented and entertaining....exactly the type of rider clubs should invest in
  8. Not sure if that make you ladies weaker or RR will score as much really!
  9. Hope the weather is good to us for this fixture with both teams needing to race Can Scunny take their 3rd win at Sheff this season or is it the turn of the Tigers will be very close i think---Scunny just to edge it
  10. Thats good news that you wont be going,we wont have to read about your constant digs that Scunny should be in the MDL
  11. Hasnt it always been like that!! With King and Robbo in the home team...with 3 heats to go you would expect the home team to put this meeting to bed Fair play to Edinburgh
  12. Last seasons LC didnt count against averages so its his league meetings from last year plus what ever he has done this time
  13. nice to see his injury cleared up for last nights meeting!!!
  14. Most of Scunnys team have done ok around the OTA,track is quite like ours i guess so there is no reason why we shouldnt do ok But the Rebels seem mega strong at home this year so it will be a big ask to leave with anything
  15. Which riders would you then add to the stags to make us stronger???? The other point is why should we step up to a level of a team that dropped down???
  16. Well if that is the case no one can moan about the Stags being a financial burden
  17. im not sure the Stags are inflicting financial damage,or should i say the opposition teams dont see that,Dudley refused to turn up for one date as they were missing a couple or riders, strong guest have been used also, look at this fixture, Coventry ,who were always going to win this meeting turned up with 2 very strong guests yet Layne Cupit was there looking for laps If the financial burden was so great would teams openly increase the expenses when they know they are going to win?? Im not so sure
  18. And there is where most NL fans become very short sighted---Next year Starke,Worrall,Greenwood,Jacobs,Nielsen,Rose and Bates look like[,and hope they do,]will leave the NL due to success and a decent PL average So that 7 top riders gone from the NL that need to be replaced, without teams chucking rookies in how will they be replaced???
  19. Good to see Cradley showing ambition to move up a league--Good luck to them If its what you Cradley fans want-according to Dean Felton you owe us Scunny fans a beer or 3 and we have driven you out of the NL-- I see no reason why Cradley wont have success in the PL ,good fan base and good supporters, seems perfect to me
  20. I dont see what the problem is with Cradley..built a fine team within the limits, thats their choice, before the season it was plain obvious that they were going to give most teams a proper thumping They must have prepared for that to happen cash wise as if you remember they tried to fit Kurtz in at reserve!!!!
  21. that depends how long his missus in in Poland with him i guess!!!! seems odd that his family can travel to Poland to see him but they not allowed in UK
  22. with 6 x 3 pointers in the team does it make such a big difference?? maybe if your reporting is correct they will remove the points scored by the team??
  23. Well maybe you need to look at the declared line up not the one on the BSPA site---then you wouldnt need to make snide little comments on here why not report it to the very top??? Care to name the "certain teams" in public???
  24. You seem some what obsessed with Scunnys team either the choice of rider of the riding order Jayne
