Maybe you should get your fact right also,if you read my post i said this is only Richies 2nd FULL season, which is infact correct,so get off your high horse and kidly get your facts right!!!!! if fact shouldnt you be on the Buxton thread these days?? if going from a 3 point average to a 4 on your first set of greensheets is struggling good god,i would say for 16/17 or what ever he is he has done very well -

Fairly obvious i would say,hes a very talented rider who is riding very well in the top two leagues in the UK,thats the stage he is at and why!!and long may that continue Instead of welcoming top riders to the NL we should we wanting "rid" of them on to greater and better things,The superb Kyle Howarth is a great example, used the NL to learn then made the step up -

And how long has Richie been riding speedway?? this his his 2nd full season and no-one could have predicted his form, and to say he rides in all 3 leagues is stupid,i think he only rode once for Stoke!!!! Roynon,as this stage of his career should be no where near the NL,the lad is a talented rider and its the top two leagues he should be in,as it turned out Richie is also to good for the NL,but who was to know -
Gp Qualifier Berwick 16/6
montie replied to Warm&Cosy's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Hats of to Berwick for getting this meeting on and completed, good to hear there was a bumper crowd also -
Wrong Donald,he can ride for whoever he wants to more or less but he belongs to Berwick, and im sure they would have the paper work to prove that you are wrong
-
Doesnt always work in speedway though, newportecconomics=doesnt work always!!!
-
Are you expecting a a big Jump in the average for team building next year???
-
Correct!!!!
-
After an indian,i would i imagine it was anything but "genuine"
-
Is there such a thing as a genuine no2???
-
If he fits and average ok,why shouldnt he ride, simple as,but i cant help but think this is where we are going wrong, here we are talking of a talented rider, dropping down a league, when i look at some of scores in the EL reserve berths by sub-standard overseas riders, shouldnt we be talking of lads like Garrity stepping up,not stepping down??
-
Sorry, meant riding against in competative races!!! well done the the lad either way!
-
He made great progress last year also which was nice to see,did it on the back of a couple of nasty crashes to,one at Mildenhall i think The other thing that impressed me about him was the laps he put in during the winter at the AM meetings at Scunny,he seemed to gain alot from doing laps along side the Worralls,Irving etc, same for Tom Young, which goes along way to proving that if you want laps and competative racing you can get it,and it works wonders, the odd time i have spoken to him hes a nice kid to
-
UK. hence him being in the Brit U21 meeting Well done to the lad to get a full max too!!!!! Bit harsh when i guess you dont know what the "other committments" are dont you think!!!
-
still weak in heat 13 and 15
-
Have you seen him ride this year??
-
To be fair to Richie that day he didnt have much luck,a fall, and exclusion and an puncture i think it was
-
Tom Young has beaten them both this year!!!!
-
Still cant believe that heat 15,i expected the saints to get thumpd in the second meeting today but to have it taken from them on the last lap of the last race was cruel luck, you will not see a better pass than Gary Irvings on Roynon, was superb, and fair play to Roynon for sticking at him and giving him the chase,a 0-5 in heat 15 was just plain bad luck, but so it goes! Tom Young was quite brilliant all afternoon,Gary Irving the same with Jerran Hart having some bad luck along the way, still scored well But Max Clegg,Danny Phillips and Tommy Fenwick are the stars!!!! Max Clegg smokin Byron in heat 14 was great and Danny Phillips storming under the same rider from the back showed what he can do Tommy F getting his first race win will do him good, boy can he gate!!!! Was impressed with Ash Morris for Dudley, seems to have his tail up this year I hear Dudley are looking at sponsorship from Robertson/Hartley`s as they`re full of effing jam!

To be fair Steve that is why Nicki is so good for the GP,a character that it needs in there as some of the rest are a pretty dull lot
