  1. Correct, but i dont think Anderson needs a Work permit does he??
  2. He didnt do so bad yesterday, better than a certain waste of a work permit you have a reserve
  3. That would be a real shame should Rye feel the need to do that, results like the one at Dudley are no good for Rye or the league for that matter
  4. I not sure if the standard has shot up to be honest, there were more rookies in the 1-7`s this year than for a long time,i honestly think its quite a bit weaker, even stand alone clubs like Buxton and Mildenhall giving some very young riders there first step on the ladder,it does have a development feel to it,and i hope it stays that way,if it turns more pro i feel the likes of Buxton,Scunny,Lynn and Rye would bin it,then the league would fail full stop And with riders stepping up to the PL in the last two years i think its doing a good job
  5. He wasnt that slow with Heeps and Tungate was he
  6. Auty`s Max was a great one to,had the lot from the gate, fom the back, inside and outside, had some great races with Doyle, hard but fair from both riders Interesting to here from RG that Mikkel Michelsen was wanting to come and sign for Scunny for the run in but missed to many fixtures due to other meeting and school, great to hear the riders of his quality are wanting to be at the EWR,bodes well for the future
  7. No he was last and packed up,rode well though throughout the meeting.was pished off about something in the end,not sure what mind
  8. One!!!! Thank god............ no.to be fair i enjoyed my trip and racing was ok !!
  9. Bit harsh Shadders.looked like a great race that ended up in a crash, pure racing incident,i no maybe you do often see such a fine example of racing being a fan of Rye but passing does happen you no!!
  10. Bloody hell give the lad a chance I really hate threads like this aimed at youngsters starting out in the sport
  11. He will have to give it some shoe to make it i think,
  12. Im also lucky in the fact that the Dudley fans could be giving out awfull abuse and i would never no..........i cant understand that accent
  13. They did what you want Ipswich to do,won the bloody League[with an out and out No.1]]!!!!!!!
  14. Poor meeting without the Scunny assets then!!!!
  15. Good meeting last night Scunny running away with it then Sheff to there credit came back into in the latter stages Some good racing and some calls that could have gone either way Irving and Birks very looked very good last night and Josh playing the villan to the travelling fans, all good stuff One fella on turn one really really giving josh it,cant beat seeing a lad getting foul abuse of 4 laps then winning a race A word of advice for the abusive twit on turn one,if your going to give it expect it back, and if you going to shout it would be wise not to wear trainers that belong to the wife, lime green and turquoise just aint a mans colour......... Could do with a translation also please "Tha gonna git eet at back odd ead tha nose"-------no idea but id like to know what he meant on disagreeing with me on Josh Well done both teams
  16. Been odd light shower but nothing to mean much, really really warm wind is blowing at the moment
  17. A good point, how can Simon have doubled up with both Stoke and Rye sharing the same race night
  18. So why isnt it starting at 3 then.............simples,the BSPA DIDNT MAKE A RULING,as i dont think they can,the said, just like you, that it should start at 3,doesnt mean it will or that they will be made to When Dudley came to Scunny last year i recall we didnt have Richie or Irving i think it was,did you want start time moving then,no,The mighty saints i dont think were ever at full strenght yet still won the league[just]!,----thanks to play offs
  19. That nothing to do with the BSPA having the power to make the call,as i can see, they, like you and many others are saying it should start at 3,which it isnt going to so the BSPA for sure dont have the power to tell the home club what time a meeting should start Plus this is not from the BSPA,its a press relaease Dudley,
  20. Interesting,i didnt realise the BSPA had that kind of power to be honest, where does it say they did this??
