Did anyone else notice the huge difference in attitudes between the two teams least night?All the Saints rider changed and warming bike up,manager with them,captain showing form by being first changed etc,where was BV didnt even seem to have bike in the pits until late and two rider still unchanged 10 mins before it was called off I got the impresion BV didnt want it,maybe something to do with the cut of date

Maybe MV fancied his chances against the tigers,Stoke got a thumping at BV not so long ago and maybe he didnt fancy the Saints,i think once Stoke had got the pick,there were no suprises,or moans from Stoke fans at his choice

Was Garity riding last night,i saw the lad was there,but i was told he wasnt riding due to a crash he had at the weekend,15 mins later he was going to ride????

I agree but there could be a problem with the points money,i would imagine there is quite a difference in what they earn in the NL compared to the PL not sure how you could rethink the teams though,as wouldnt it be great if many NL teams were victims of there own success,ie many you riders stepping up into the PL

I would say having to ride a final,shud Scunny make it, with without your 3 heat leaders isnt being difficult,more like impossible!!!!

One is on friday at Lakeside and then that leaves nearly a month to fit the Newport one in,so every chance we could,tough to get two away wins also to be fair but no reason why we shouldnt Its not Scunnys,or the other teams fault that Newport scrub fixtures due to no medical cover,then put training days on,with medical cover i guess!!!

Farly stupid comment about the Stoke manager,His team,made up of lads who ,let be honest,have been around a bit and not done much[except Lambert],he got them all firing and put his team to the top of the NL,and in the final,was beaten you could say by injurys Also,the team second in the NL,probably on paper the strongest team,is born from the seeds he placed down 2 years ago To say he hasnt a clue,in my opinion is a long way from the truth If many others put as much effort into lower league speedway as him,it may just be a much better place

He could have taken RR rides, which would have meant having no 3 rider races,so there is a point to having one
