  1. Is Stefan fit for the weekend?????
  2. I would say he will come in on his old NL average which was.......????? Was he at Mildenhall last year before they went ** up?? or down with Poole`s NL outfit??
  3. Thats same feeling i get, maybe the stoke manager will be looking at this if he wins the league and has the pick The cut off date could be the decider on this also, with scunny and stoke due to ride on the last few days,i hope no more rain offs
  4. Cant see us catching Stoke now either, but the Saints have now racked up 40 plus points at Stoke,Dudley and Mildenhall,3 of our play off rivals Still think the could be a hell of an exciting end of season in the NL
  5. Riders who have rode n the NL this year 1 Newman 2 Howarth 3 Worrall 4 Worrall 5 Birks 6 Garrity 7 Sarjeant
  6. Would be interesting to pick a full strenght U22GB team though,wh the hell would be in it i have no idea
  7. We would all love to see a new team of youngsters i guess, but i think you have to give the development time, more than one season,Worrall and Birks and to an extent Irving broke into speedway last year and went well, yet this year,in year two they are all nigh on touching 9 point averages,so you would say year two has show huge progress again,[including all getting PL berths].i think two years is good time scale for rookies, Also SG,you forgot to mention one of scunnys biggest assets,Stu Parnaby, his work with these guys is fantastic
  8. Thats true SG but it wasnt long ago when Scunny released a team with rookies like Birks,Worrall etc and folk said they wouldnt turn up to watch scunnys team of wobblers,Its was only a year ago[iSH] that Richie was no.8 for Scunny at Dudley i think, took all the rr rides in that meeting and scored an AUDI,folk again said he wasnt ready and shouldnt be in the NL,12 months on and he is game on
  9. Heat 12 .take a bow Stefan Nielsen,i enjoyed that!!!!!
  10. I think your right,it could go down to the wire, and points difference could be the deciding factor Plus, the saints for example are not on huge points money,so it gives them a chance to pop a few extra quid in the bank, Can see merit in using no.8`s though also
  11. They have got a youngster at NO.7 ,Stefan Nielsen
  12. Looks like Richie Worrall will ride in this meeting now Newcastle have no meetings,a close meeting i think this one
  13. With a Briish Parent so hes ok!!!!hence why he rode when the lad first arrived,no drama
  14. Think youll find hes already riding this sunday
  15. I think, but not 100% that it will be RR for Steve team will be Irving,Birks,Richie Worrall,Stefan Nilson,Wrathall and Smethels plu RR,everyone can take Steves rides i believe Unsure about Garrity
  16. On paper should be 6 points in the bag this double header but I.O.W should be used to big tracks and the Colts have riders who have done alot of laps around Sheffield No Steve Worrall for the "home" team due to Premier league duty, but the chance to blast themselves to the top of the NL should drive the mighty Saints on The saints should have enough in the bag for these two fixtures but.......
  17. Why Aussies though HT?Why not Danes or Swedes or Poles?
  18. Yer thats true, maybe the Sheffield fans would love to see him
  19. It didnt when Gary Irving did his 6 meeting this year,he rode at reserve at Lynn then was back in main body of team straight away,no seven day rule then Whats the difference now?
  20. I take it now Heeps has done his 6 meetings he goes into main body of the team tonight at the IOW?
  21. Heeps without doubt is a huge talent, and will become an awesome rider, which is one of the reasons i think he shouldnt be is the NL,next year he will hop up to the PL an do a decent job,is there any point in young Heeps riding in the NL?? I think here its the average he started on which is slightly unfair,he is obviously better than an assessed 3!the powers at be granted him this, not him,its not his fault, yet Joe Haines, who a few weeks ago,was in need of a team place, yet his average is to high?? A young British kid cant get in the NL to try and start his season after a huge crash, yet they bend over back wards for an Austrailian lad, that plain wrong And Mildenhall havnt met the mighty Saints yet
  22. I tend to agree, but when someone offers to shake hands and you ignore it i think its different Maybe hes was pished of at getting smoked by his replacement for the saints Onwards and upwards!!!
  23. Dudley were shyte last night, take nothing away from the mighty saints tho for what can ony be described as a hammering! Morris needs to learn some manners, not shaking Worralls hand in the track when offered, hate to see that,he looked like a rider that hasnt improved since he left whats the problem with the Dudley fans everyone keeps going on a about???they were there in numbers last night but very quiet!!!! Hope Roynon is ok long term but some has to be questionedwhy he was on track, for his saftey and others also Rider of the night has to go to Danny Stoneman, great effort
