Huge well done to the Saints, thoughly dserved full match points on what was a tricky track early on,and well done to Sheff on a slick race night, THe Worral twins were a class apart but special mention must go to Gary Irving, beat riders all night when the presure was on,thye way they kept there heads in that latter stages of the Stoke meeting when they nudged in front was very impressive Good to see Lambert walk away from what looked an awfull crash and get back on his bike Starting to feel very sorry for Paul Cooper, clearly not fit and low on confidence, only way is up i guess Top of the league!!!!!!!!!!!

Cant see the prowlers mentioned,i thought they were the Scunthorpe/Sheffield saints??? http://www.speedwaygb.co/nlteams.html

Looking forward to this meeting at the owlhut, hoping scunny will rack up 6 points from the meeting but for sure Lambert will take some beating round there Will the Lowestoft pin pong champ be `done` by his old boys,[a north east miners son playing for his local conservative club i believe ] Hope weather holds out

That it was, banging points in the NL should help them all in the PL Good point from Scunny tonight ,bit more luck and could have been more Get the feeeling Ash Birks just needs a bit of luck too
-
what paper work does the lad need other than a passort if he is British????

After watching Scunny smash Rye House i think they may get something from this Good Luck

i think the number of fans that dont like the drawn out double headers are out weighed by the number of fans that travel for these from away, there were folk from Coventry,Sheffield and Belle Vue there yesterday, which is often the case at double headers i do think though that after 3 days holiday,by the time monday 5pm comes round folks wallets are a bit light after a few days off and spending cash Think the start time on these was knocked back to try and keep moisture in the track as some of the 3pm starts did get a little dusty at times

Was interesting to see Blair use the dirt line to great effect,in the PL meeting riders just couldnt turn the bike very well in the dirt yet in the NL meeting it worked, made me think if it was the old silencers which were being used, and how refreshing it was to hear them and see them "work" Special mention to for the master class in wheelies from Birks and Worrall!!!!!

Jake Knight did look really good yesterday, great style too,Lewi Kerr looked good to for the Stars after his first ride Steve Worrall looked by far the best rider on show and his constant race times in the 57`s was going to make him hard to beat What i like about the NL is the team spirt,on both teams, away from the presure of the PL they all seem to have a great laugh and ride with smiles, Huge well done to both sets of riders and managers

i didnt know that Lewi Kerr got up to a 5.48 average last year, that really good, well done
