  1. Exactley my point Dave!!!!!!! has it ever occured to you that the "bumper fun book" was consulted in the AGM
  2. And the Aussie leagues welcome alot of brits do they Dave!!!!! I think you will find that its nothing to do with Little Englanders as you continue to put it,more like the borders agency new rules from i think april time last year!!
  3. by doing that is what made me come up with the previous post John, think Will missed a 2 and a . off his post!!!!
  4. A club manager that says 3.95 less 5% is 3,85!!!! get your calc out, mine says different!!!
  5. SCB,is that how the averages are working this year in the NL,PL average x 2??
  6. Nikko, are you sure Jarran didnt get a 2.5% reduction, not 5%??? he finished the 2009 PL season at scunny on a greensheet of 4.09
  7. is it 5% decuction thats Brits get?? i thought is was 2.5%???
  8. nice looking team but i get it at 42.5 ish
  9. or maybe he had him signed before the meeting yesterday!!!!! or was quick off the mark last night!!!!! good signing all the same
  10. Maybe not HT but neither of them dropped the BSPA in it to tune of around 10k
  11. maybe Belle Vue are one of the "two" teams which i presume the other is Peterborough???
  12. is that who you work the averages for the NL,pl average x 2????
  13. I dont believe the Chapmans had anything to with it the decision at all, purely gossip, you could argue that Chapman saved mildenhall that year from yet another mid season closer From what i can gather, the BSPA got there fingers burnt with a fair bit of cash last year, and i would think that they are wary of the same thing happening, and the BSPA`S money belongs to the promotors,so when a club shuts down it cost them all a few quid, and the way things are at the momment, there is very few who cant afford that Instead of typing gossip on here maybe you should look at the bigger picture, Sad thing is the fantastic Tigers supporters havnt got a team to watch this year
  14. he will be alot more than 7.90!!!!
  15. You were there then good well tell us what realy happened
  16. Any chance of a , or even a . or maybe a ?......... Would be good to include someone like Bekker, although the team is there for development, previous seasons team have show scunnys tendency to use a no1 and reading "big stu" in the comic this week indicates theres no change there,Paul Cooper as an alternative to Bekker anyone?
  17. Great to see Gary Irving returning to the saints again for 2011,love watching Gary round the EWR,nice start to team building Scunny just maybe the team to beat this year if the improvement continues from 2010
  18. If i have read the Boarders Agency correct it impossible to have Aussies in the NL due to the work permit thing,i dont the think the SCB or BSPA can do much about it,hence when questions are asked about certain chappies in the NL last year, folk go quiet,as clearly they shouldnt have been riding, the rye house use of Tyson Nelson confirms it, The lads with british passports can tho as again it BA rules not BSPA/SCB,if i have read it correct it would be against the rules to stop them This is only as i have read the rules but i could be wrong but it seem fairly clear
  19. An inspired signing by the mighty saints i think
  20. Then Dudley should have his points removed then, simple as,same as Rye House did with Tyson Nelson when they fitted Dyer in i could never understand how they did on the averages,, the fantastic Tom Perry should have has new average if i recall
  21. Was in our local paper yesterday that Richie will ride for the mighty saints as well as Newcastle in the PL
  22. No chance its within 30miles of scunny and sheffield
  23. That seems to be fairly daft, its as if you quite like bad news Fact is the NL produces some of the best racing you will see, some of it which i saw at scunny this year was as good as anything you will see anywhere,ok we have a track which gives great racing week in week out,but the riders still have a huge part to play in it Good luck stoke
