ive been saying the same for years there should be a rule as where the start marshall moves riders in in a set order (nothing stopping the others to take there place before) as youve said maybe go gate 1 first then 2,3,4 or gate 1 then 4 then 2 then 3 but think its about time there was a procedure to follow which would make it easier to say who was delaying the start

it dont matter if they get a cheap guest or a very expensive 1 they still have the same 3pt average just the same as everyother team who is missing there lowest averaged reservejust accept it and stop making posts in everythread about it

peter waite was a master in finding new 3pt reservesnot afraid to go looking for talanted riders yes he could wind people up and to a point i think he enjoyed doing that but when he was interested he served berwick well wish other clubs had a backer/owner with the same passion to improve the club instead of trying there best to run it into the ground so no one wants to take it over when they pull out

After he was at workington he went backwards. maybe its his lifestyle. now shaved fancy hair styles and designer sunglasses are of more interest than winning races

lawson will find better form im sure unless theres something wrong behind the sceen were not seeing thats afecting him

theres more than plymouth fans thinking the same

its not new for plymouth they turned up at workington a couple of years ago with only 5 riders and only 1 reserve lucky for them the meeting was rained off theres no excuess for no reserves theres plenty of national league riders willing to take there chance even if they dont score they learn how much they have to step up if they want to ride in the prem

any one found any betting listed for this meeting yet why do they all wait to last minute to post the odds we have a punt at work as a bit of fun but its a struggle sorting it out when sometimes on a friday theres still no odds online

if the club are saying he is injured and are getting a facility for him r/r or guests then he must be supplying sicknotes so someone is telling porkiesif hes not injured and hes withholding his services and has not reported the fact hes not getting paid then a 28 day ban should be issued if he has reported the fact hes not getting paid then the club should not be allowed r/r and should sign a new rider

havnt watched ryan blacklock race speedway much but he was a pritty good moto x rider give him time and the right people to help him he can be a decent rider at national level and maybe at prem to given time

peter would be my first choice but yet again i wouldnt have sold him think he would come in on 6.94 but think theres as much chance of him riding for workington under the present set up as me and you and im well over 40 and never rode a speedway bike and dont intend trying

didnt think it would take this long for someone to mention carl at least a couple have come up with genuine decent sugetions

can you list averages with names pleaseboth riders mentioned have been good at times eklof i believe would be 6.48 and heff 6.50 both are valid options if available

can people list riders they think can replace rusty im struggleing to come up with any thats sitting on the sidelines that can do a good enough job around the 7.20 average quoted some have mentioned taylor poole i dont think this is a option as when hes fit i would expect him to return to ipswich or another southern bassed club for me not a perfect option but knowing how close to the promotion he was topinka could be high up on the list but if people can quote acurate averages for riders that can replace rusty we can all share our views towards the chance of them replacing him

nobody bgets the nod for the 4's there average dictates who gets entered

wouldnt expect this to be sorted for at least a couple of weeks just cant think off any one suitable 7.20 to play with aparatly ass 7pt rider could be only option or a rider on a lower average thats not gonna do what rusty could achive

rob mear didnt ride in prem league last year so he couldnt double up

make or break for comets the right rider could be just the thing to give them that little extra but the wrong rider will ruin a good season r/r will be ok at home but not away a new signing is needed asap
