Still think this will be a comfortable home win. Klindt for Toft makes Scunny stronger but then it's r/r for Birks who is flying and with only Jorgensen and the reserves to replace him makes them considerably weaker.

Back to actual speedway news, and surprise surprise Lanham is having a stinker. Why do we persist with him at no.5, it clearly isn't working.

Couldn't agree more. It's going to cost us points. Presumably he won't be available tomorrow either, meaning having to track another NL guest. I understand he may have personal issues, but like you say he hardly seemed overly committed in the first place.

This is hardly a new thing in speedway. It's been going on years and always will do.
