So why the hell were all Worky Friday fixtures removed from the official fixture list !!!! Along with some of Peterborough and Lakeside due to unavailability of riders ??? Only Scunthorpe were missing riders and a certain promoter on on the Board It is what it is now, you have most of your team back , 1 point behind us , but, we have 3 meetings in hand , poised very nicely

Firstly hope the injured ippo riders are okay , we know all too well how injuries can hamper your season Our boys just continue to amaze me , just shows how you need strength in depth we are covering injured riders, a young reserve on a learning curve and riders having off nights , there are fighting for every point , every match . There’s still a long way to go but I’m going to bloody enjoy this while we can ... a massive well done boys keep it going we right behind you

Hang on a minute we look after our own as you do ...a dig at our riders not getting paid , bringing back Rene so he does get paid , comments like that are always going to get a defensive reaction . We would all like to have the backing like Glasgow but we don't , not only Workington suffering with these home fixtures or lack of them , so no income from meetings you have promotions paying out their own pockets , speedway in general is in dire straits

Old news this getting paid crack, take that from a Comets fan who knows a lot more than 2 Glaswegians stuck miles up the road Not sure Cookie was the answer certainly gives you along tail , he will miss at least 3 meetings, you can have choice of guest but all beatable as is showing in the results so far, and with more away meetings than Home lets hope the others keep up , apart from heats 13 & 15 , could be a lot of 3 - 3's Still there's always the KOC and Shield .....whoops sorry forgot you are already out of everything else

Thank god for that, maybe now he will let Workington get their fixtures back on the Fixture List just awaiting a change in cut-off date for the play-offs to be extended til you's get some more points on the board ...He may even re-arrange coming to Worky now he has Worrall back , lets hope Worrall hits the ground running or dummy's will be well and truly out the pram again !!

All Friday meetings agreed by the BSPA at beginning of the season , suddenly the wheels fall off for the big guns whose managers are on the board , low and behold , they can’t get guests so let’s stop teams from progressing and remove the fixtures , get your Scorpions goggles off .
