And you were incinuating what ? -
He wasn't and neither was the Doc. Of course I am going to put on here one or more of the people who did. Wait and see, but don't try and deny it never happened. Are you seriously trying to say that the BSPA don't know what happened all last week.
-
How about an answer to my first sentence about Meredith and Bridger. I am naturally going to back the BSPA, not because of my previous connections, but the relevant facts of the matter in this case were caused by Belle Vue's decisions, and not the BSPA. It would be childish not to realise that.
-
So why was Doc Bridget and Colin Meredith working on the track up to Wednesday but not afterwards ? So if i support the BSPA, Belle Vue or the BSPA and Belle Vue in this issue i couldn't be accepted to have an opinion, as opposed to you, a Belle Vue supporter, who obviously doesn't have access to the facts. Oh Dear.

What an over reaction.
-
Actually it wasn't their fault to go ahead with a faulty track.
-
WHY. It's BV's track, and their opening night, and had the relevant licence covering actual dimensions. If a promotion goes ahead with a meeting despite advice to the contrary, it's down to them to get it right. They didn't.

Good practice session today with some stunning performances. It seemed like everyone was dialled in after one ride. Lots of hard riding from Robert and impressive riding from Kus, who I think is going to be our surprise package. I think Danny will sleep well tonight given the number of rides/laps he got in. Impressive session.
-
It should have been called off on Wednesday, when the Belle Vue promotion were told to cancel the opening, although they thought otherwise. Must cast a doubt on big events at Belle Vue, until they have proved they can be trusted to get the job done properly.
-
Yes he did, but an informed opinion was never released unfortunately. I understood some riders were not that happy with them, and it does not appear to have been revisited.
-
I think I read in the Speedy Star that the arbitration would be in the next few days. Probably hear something next week I reckon.
-
The classic team riding is, as Nielsen used to do, for the better rider to control it from the inside at the back, and allow the lesser rider to ride his chosen line out front. The back rider can cover the inside, and drift out when required to block the line of the following rider. It worries me at times when I see the second place rider charging under his own teammate to get him to get a move on.

Fours Festival Weekend

I hear you need a team of 8 players, 2 of whom need to be females. -
I typed sheepishly.
-
Aye, baa none.
-
That could be one massive deep hole.
-
What a crap statement. Look at what he has achieved and then compare with the likes of Bridger, + many more, and it will show he has been very successful at GP, World Cup and team level right from the start. The 'waster' comment is way out of order, and clearly shows you know nowt about Bjarne and his problems of 2015(not 2016 as you say).

I think it can be a nice idea, but the difficulties of preserving the actual site of the ashes must have been realised before they were laid. We have had a few people's ashes scattered at Brough over the years, and once we had a hearse drive slowly around the track for a request of 'one lap of Brough'. Unfortunately with it being limo length they had to put chocks of wood in the hollows into the gap between the dog track and the speedway track, incase the hearse bottomed out and got stuck on the high point. Now that would be an original excuse for 'being late for your own funeral'.
-
With Rene usually living with the Hedley's, the irony of that would be hilarious. Welcome back BTW.
-
On a massive building site like Brandon, the ashes will be churned in with the rest of the top surface. Almost impossible to protect that area.
-
I heard that Havvy was asking about £23k, but don't know how much Glasgow got him down to.
-
Totally agree. I think the final figure could be determined based on the same status of what the club paid for Ludde last winter. There is a similarity of age, ability, average and prospects so really a sensible valuation should be similar.

Swop you. Mines just an ar*e.
