Where we were standing, close to the Pits and we couldn't make out what he was saying. They really need to sort out the Loudspeaker System in that area, a lot of folk stand there beside the Picnic Tables.

A very good performance last night. I think Workington look like a very good Team - I am sure they will be there or thereabouts at the end of the Season. I was impressed with Lewis Rose particularly last night. I think when he settles down we will find we are on to a winner. The rest of the Team were solid without being spectacular. The exception to that, and I have been a big critic in the past, was Ludvig Lindgren. Provided he keeps on riding the way he did last night, he may just make the Number One Race Jacket his own. The big thing though is consistency.

Actually - some of the arguments regarding music is irrelevant. Speaker Systems at some Tracks are rubbish - and you can't hear it anyway. :rolleyes: :sad:

It's definitely worth a go though. I just wish I knew how to do it - I would raise it myself. Let's hope that some technically minded person on this Forum will do so. EVERY effort should be made to save any Track wherever it is.

It's alright mate - I'm speechless. :sad: I agree some things need to change - but for me - far too many things have changed already, and I don't see the Supporters flooding back or that many new Supporters attending in response to those changes. THAT makes me wonder if the changes have been for the best - or - have they just driven away the 'core' Support in order to attract newcomers who aren't interested? It MAY be unpalatable - BUT - it could be the case.

It happens in the GPs and in Televised Meetings - why not in the ordinary Meetings where Supporters are sometimes standing around freezing their 'bits' off for two and a half hours or longer?
