  1. Arrrrggghhh! Are you doing this on pupose? That was my point You were assuming as riders had done well/poorly before, they would again, and Cov would have won had Robson and Watt been available. Only, he wasn't. He was in second behind North when Harris caused him to crash, twisting his knee, and was excluded. He came out in his next heat, but was injured and pulled up. Who knows whether he'd have beaten Harris in heat 13 or come out instead of Schlein in heat 15 and scored? I don't and neither do you, so please stop stating your opinion as fact.
  2. Of course, that is a lot of opinionated guff based on no fact whatsoever, but if that's what you need to feel good about your super team-spirited, team of racers (what happened, was the track too slick or rutted perhaps?), then whatever floats your boat. Quite a few mitigating circumstances right there, for your home spanking. Funny there's no mention of Janowski only managing one ride, Gomolski injuring himself, or that Schlein wasn't guesting for Watt, but GRAJCZONEK. I can't think why you're twisting it, but oddly enough JG scored 12 from 6 at Brandon last time out.
  3. You haven't, because it doesn't. Not even in the 2014 rules. There's not really much choice with Robson though. The only EL rider with a lower average than him is Gomolski.
  4. I'm pretty sure I heard NKI say it was a bit slick, when being interviewed by Chris Louis, but I wasn't concentrating 100% as I was watching Ingerland being awful at the same time.
  5. Sturridge went to the Manchester City academy, not that it makes much difference, as he didn't really get a go there either.
  6. The rule is as follows TNT, with the relevant bit in bold: i.e. the first bit is irrelevant when the rider being replaced is a like for like switch, as Screamer and SCB pointed out.
  7. Do you have any evidence of this rule at all?
  8. After Monday's meeting, his EL average will go to north of 5, notwithstanding a Lewis Kerr on Sky type evening. Obviously around nine is a very high converted average, but equally 3 is awfully low. I suspect a reasonable figure would be somewhere between the two, which he would still outscore happily.
  9. Crikey, how old are you SCB, you can't have forgotten already?!? Exams in my school are starting on Monday and last until late June. Whilst I agree he should definitely be riding in the PL, I can't see how he'd be available to anyone on a three point average. His assessed average, when converted, is 5. As of Monday, he will get a new EL average, which will be 5.43 (currently) or 4.75 if he runs 4 lasts. That converts at 9.05 (7.92 with 0 points at Belle Vue). There is no way he should, or will, be allowed in on a three. He's far better than that, and if Somerset had tried this, I suspect there would be pages of protests.
  10. Oh dear. Matt seems to have dropped a rather large bollock on this one.
  11. Mugged off by Starman, that's got to hurt.
  12. Actually, the highlighted sections of your post are all OPINION. Happy to help.
  13. "Troy Batchelor, the popular Australian."
  14. I think Pepe was a bit upset because when he turned left on Darcy, he bounced off him and lost his chain.
