Ipswich v Sheffield play off final 1st leg
Bash replied to Arch Stanton's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
So still no news who is replacing Harris now he can't ride. Maybe they should bring Adam Ellis back -
Ipswich v Sheffield play off final 1st leg

How many times did Sheffield turn up to Ipswich without a certain Jack Holder as it made them stronger as he hated the place. -
I would try to start next season with Rew as one of the reserves

Ipswich v Sheffield play off final 1st leg
Bash replied to Arch Stanton's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
As my previous post Sheffield have plenty of other riders to choose from. Even tho their averages might not be as high as the one being replaced, Ipswich could only get Harris who's average was almost 2.5 below Doyle -
Ipswich v Sheffield play off final 1st leg

No assessed averages and that is what Lambert is on, and in the best interest of speedway Harris shouldn't ride for Sheffield having already rode for Ipswich, makes the sport look so amateurish. -
Ipswich v Sheffield play off final 1st leg

I have no problem with Sheffield using Guests, but I have with the guests they are using. Lambert is on an assessed average and Harris rode for us in the other semi. There are three teams Sheffield could pick riders from and if another team has used a rider in the play-offs he shouldn't be allowed to ride for another. They should have to pick from Lawson, Sedgmen, Kerr, Laguta, Tarasenko, Basso, Iversen or Palm-Toft. -
KO cup final dates Witches v Tigers 2023
Bash replied to Badge's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Just read the speedway star and Damian Bates claiming the Ipswich track had large jumps & bumps in it. Should be having a go at his riders for a lacklustre performance and not riding it how it should be. -
It takes two teams to make a good meeting. For the past two meetings the opposition have been beaten before the start as they don't attack the track how it should be done. Not surprising the two teams are from throttle jockey tracks and don't know how to use the throttle apart from fully open. Must admit the atmosphere was brilliant last night.

Emil is quicker than Doyle as he is the current track record holder at Ipswich and also beat the Leicester track record earlier in the season which he has now lost.

Why would Ipswich let Rew go to Belle Vue and not take advantage of a season under his belt & a 4 point average

Belle Vue vs Ipswich play off semi 1st leg
Bash replied to Arch Stanton's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Might as well bypass the play off semis with the injuries for Ipswich & Sheffield and just run a Belle Vue v Wolves final, with the lack of choices for guests they will be so one sided. Says a lot when the best Ipswich can get to replace a 9.21 rider is Harris on 6.87. In the best interests for speedway, Ipswich should be allowed to use Robert Lambert. I'm sure Steady will be fighting to be allowed to have Jack Holder back. -

Heard Chris Holder is still at Foxhall as he still hasn't found his dummy he spat out. -
You can never read anything from a first meeting of the season as riders are rusty. What cost us is losing 3 meetings at home.

Kings Lynn v Ipswich 4th September
Bash replied to Arch Stanton's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Thought Chris Gay had an absolute mare last night, so inconsistent with the starts. Pulling them back and warning Ipswich riders but not when King's Lynn riders jumped the starts. Heat 1 should've been rerun after the carnage in the first bend, how nobody came off after S. Lambert went right across the corner. Witches deserved the win after some bending off the rules by KL. Should've had to go with 1 rider in heat 12 as Bruem pulled out of the meeting with an existing injury, from last week, but allowed IRR. Glad to hear KL will be running next season -
Panthers vs Ipswich KOC 2nd Leg - 28th August 2023
Bash replied to LagutaRacingFan's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Who cares about Laguta’s score last night, we just need him to perform when Leicester come to Peterborough. -
Play off's are done. Just make Doyle have a few more meetings like that to lower his average for next season
-
That is the only reason he is enthusiastic about the meeting as it is on BSN. The line up is getting worse every day!
-
Unbelievable that this meeting wasn't arranged for a Monday, why take the risk of going against Poland when we gave up Thursdays for rearranged meetings. No wonder with this line up that it was reduced to one meeting. Total waste of time.

Can't see Sayfutdinov guesting for anyone this season
