  1. He converted PL average is 5.00 and he hasn't attained a NL average for 2 years now, and so if I'm right we use his converted PL average which is 5.00.
  2. 1. Robert Branford 8.53 2. Darren Mallett 6.04 3. Jake Knight 7.62 4. Simon Lambert 5.00 5. Lewis Rose 6.76 6. Josh Bailey 3.00 7. Shane Waldron 3.00 Thoughts? Obviously KL have a league fixture left on Thursday so the averages will change slightly.
  3. 40.00 is the limit again, it was agreed for 3 years and 2014 will be the third year. Mills averaged 3.00 for Workington this season, meaning he can double up on 5.00 if I'm correct.
  4. 1. Joe Jacobs 8.71 2. Luke Crang 4.78 3. Oliver Greenwood 6.89 4. Chris Mills 5.00 5. James Sarjeant 7.38 6. Ryan Terry-Daley 3.00 7. James Shanes 3.46 Thoughts?
  5. Yeah it's upped to 5.00 now, which is why Charles Wright (on 4.05) can double up.
  6. Yes, the 40.00 limit was agreed 2 years ago to be effective for the next 3 years and Diamonds, if Kerr wants to ride PL then he can't do NL as well as his PL average is over 5.00... Also though, I read that Josh Bailey has already signed a contract for 2014!
  7. Or if we base it on starting averages: 1. Charles Wright 8.53 2. Lewis Rose 3.00 3. Joe Jacobs 7.97 4. Paul Starke 5.70 5. Lewis Blackbird 7.01 6. Adam Ellis 3.00 7. Robert Lambert 3.00 For improvement throughout the season (just the 7 best imo in on order) 1. Max Clegg 2. Lewis Rose 3. Paul Starke 4. Josh Bates 5. Liam Carr 6. Jack Kingston 7. Lewis Kerr And simply the best 7 (again in no order) 1. Steve Boxall 2. Robert Lambert 3. Adam Ellis 4. Charles Wright 5. Lewis Blackbird 6. Joe Jacobs 7. Lewis Kerr Blackbird's average is 2 years old though as he didn't do enough meetings to get a new one last year. So you could argue that his is smaller than it should have been as similarly Boxall's is higher than it should have been, as Steve took time out from the sport.
  8. http://speedwayupdates.proboards.com/thread/12808/mildenhall-dudley-nl-8-30pm
  9. If Isle of Wight take a point it's all over. Buxton need 6 from both meetings to realistically take the play-off spot.
  10. I'm pretty sure he can. I think the average limit is 5.00 now but it's based on a riders current average and I dont think Wright's is that high without looking.
  11. King's Lynn should only need to win 1 of their 2 home meetings to make it so the fourth spot is between IOW, Buxton & Coventry for me. Coventry will likely lose at home to Dudley and IOW beat Kent at home. So Buxton need 8 or 9 points (race difference may come into play) at home to IOW, Mildenhall and Stoke. Islanders get anything at Buxton or Kent and it should be over. But anything can happen!
  12. Exactly! People moaned last year when you had to use 3 point riders to cover any absence (bar #1) and they still moan this year when it changes! There's no pleasing some people...
  13. Still looking for a texter. PM me here or the updates site Thanks
  14. Rose for Reade & Chessell R/R for the Potters. Islanders have Hopwood R/R & Boxall for Perry.
  15. Where did you read that because Ben Reade seems to think he was manager?
  16. Buxton give a debut to Lee Smart. Boxall guests for Perry.
  17. Lewis Rose Lewis Kerr Liam Carr Luke Crang Brandon Freemantle Max Clegg To name a few!
  18. Yes heat 15 is included. I think you've included the Stoke cup meeting (without checking) his fourth league meeting was against the Islanders and he got 13+1 from 7.
  19. His 3.20 is from his first 4 meetings with the fourth being Mildenhall away on July 3rd so his average is effective from July 10th, which is before the Buxton and Isle of Wight meetings! Its just not been recognised on the BSPA site until the 18th.
  20. Waldron's 3.20 has appeared on the BSPA site so KL did track an illegal team against the Islanders and Buxton. I'm not accusing anyone of why btw.
  21. If you interpret it that way then how do you explain other riders being given an average after 4 meetings (take Coventry as an example, none of Branford, Jacobs or Sarjeant had an assessed average, or the KL team itself in Hazelden)? Plus if it only applies to assessed averaged riders then Waldron should get one because he has an assessed 5.00.
  22. Thanks Martin, it is clear and that's why I can't understand how it's seemingly been overlooked. Once a rider takes part in 4 meetings, irrespective of home or away, he gets a new average 7 days later, but this isn't the case for the Lynn trio for some reason. Similarly though Baseby should have a new average and this isn't appearing on the BSPA site either. Anyway the Islanders have done 4 meetings now and the 3 to have ridden in all 4 and have new averages are: Ellis 10.00 Hopwood 6.44 Ritchings 6.18 So Ellis goes to #1 in 7 days (after Coventry away and KL home) and Stoneman moves to reserve.
