After being to the race night last night, I think George's comments about the team building to a tight budget should be taken on board. As he said, we have some of the lowest attendances in the league and It's only by strict budget management is the club able to survive. The team is not the worst I have ever seen, and as we look forward to the new season now is the time to start wondering who will improve, who will end up as No.1, will Lewis Rose clean up at reserve. Lots to keep us occupied before March. Good luck to the team and I hope we have a successful and injury free season.

Richie obviously doesn't need the money, and I assume he has no interest in riding for us next season. I'll still be there on Sunday supporting the team, whoever is riding. Season finale and see everyone for the last time until next year.

Enjoyed the meeting last night. The 'King of Diamonds' races were great entertainment, nearly as much fun as watching George English having kittens in the crowd at some of the overtakes :-)

Well, that was another poor away performance, can't see us getting anything out of the rest of the season. Nielsen injured and withdrawn from meeting with burns, must be doubtful for Sunday so the injury jinx strikes again. Will just have to enjoy the racing from now on and see what team we can build for next season.

Many of the smaller guest houses in Cardiff ask their regular customers if they intend to return next year and hold rooms for them at their regular rates, if you can find one, then you are set up for as long as the GP is held in Cardiff. My party pay £55 per night B&B.

After the Berwick meeting, Robbo and Ludvig swapped bikes and had a blast, L.L. flew out of the gate and Robbo. couldn't catch him. Looks like it's a setup problem and hopefully It's now been sorted and he can start turning in some high scoring meetings.

10 rides between the reserves gave us 2 points, you're not going top win many meetings with that sort of return.

Don't think Ken 'Casper' Cameron could help us at the moment. I don't think Danny will be scoring anything like 15 points every week either, which asks the question whether the multiplyer conversion between the leagues is too large, especially as most seem to realise that there isn't a great deal of difference between them.
