  1. Great news. Let's hope we hear something positive soon for Coventry & Belle Vue
  2. The reserves look weak compared to what we have been used to before the revamp. When you look at them against some in the league, there are some of an equal ability Coventry: Sarjeant & Bates King's Lynn: Huckenbeck (3.31 left for other) Poole: Klindt & Shanes Rye House: Branford & Perks Somerset: Allen & Graversen Swindon: Grondal & Wajtknecht Wolves: Clegg & Greaves
  3. Can't see any new article on there. Just a old one from November?
  4. Where did you see this statement? Some fans who went near stadium today said police were there & items looked like still being removed.
  5. With only 16 places left, Below are the riders still to be signed (those riders who rode in 2016 that are still without places are highlighted) lots of Brits unsigned. 10pts MATEJ ZAGAR 9pts MAX FRICKE CRAIG COOK BJARNE PEDERSEN KIM NILSSON JOONAS KYLMAKORPI 8pts Mikel Bech Jensen AARON SUMMERS LEWIS BRIDGER STEVE WORRALL RICHIE WORRALL KRZYSZTOF BUCZKOWSKI Anders Thomsen SWYMON WOZNIAK RICHARD LAWSON Kevin Wolbert 7pts Ricky Wells BEN BARKER LUDVIG LINDGREN BRADY KURTZ Matej Kus Rene Bach GREGORZ WALASEK JUSTIN SEDGMEN Nicolas Covatti Thomas Jorgensen Piotr Swiderski Ryan Douglas Sebastian Alden RORY SCHLEIN JOSH AUTY 6pts Kevin Doolan Michael Palm Toft Dimitri Berge Eric Riss Hugh Skidmore Claus Vissing Kenneth Hansen Ramus Jensen CARL WILKINSON NICOLAJ BUSK JAKOBSEN KACPER WORYNA 5pts Victor Palovaara Todd Kurtz Matthew Wethers Alex Davies STEFAN NIELSEN JOE JACOBS Henning Bager SIMON LAMBERT Kasper Lykke Nielsen Steve Boxall ADAM ROYNON ROBERT MEAR Anders Mellgren 4pts ASHLEY MORRIS Nike Lunna Liam Carr Mason Campton Tobias Busch Fernando Garcia Simon Nielsen Dan Bewley Zdenek Hollub Mark Riss Arthur sissis Dawid Stachrya BEN MORLEY 3pts Tom Perry Danny Ayres Matt Williamson Richard Hall 2pts Lee Payne Oliver Greenwood Josh Bailey Dan Halsey Danyon Hume Danny Phillips Darryl Ritchings Tom Stokes
  6. Wolves have a good top 5 depending on what kind of season Kyle & Adam have. They have the strongest top 3. However I think they have left themselves weak at reserve with Clegg & Greaves, esp away from home.
  7. Simon Lambert doesn't fit as you only have enough for 2pt rider
  8. Kings Lynn are looking really strong if they can avoid injuries
  9. Great news. Why should he have one when he isn't dedicated to British speedway
  10. Is BWD counted as Swindon's 2nd Brit in the team? Just wondered as thought he was from New Zealand?
  11. Wolves looking the strongest team so far.
  12. Josh Bates is at reserve for Coventry. He's the lowest averages rider in the side
  13. Interesting that Swindon have 3 riders in their team that were riding NL last year, 2 of them in their top 5. Will be great experience for them esp riding with Doyle
  14. It means they are riding in both Premiership and Championship
  15. Think you need to stop thinking of their PL form and look at their EL form. Tungate struggled as a 2nd string & spent a lot of time at reserve. Bates was beating some heatleaders and even beat Doyle last year. Much stronger than Allen
  16. Coventry have a stronger top 3, a much stronger reserve pairing.
  17. Is BWD really the same average as Josh Bates? I was expecting him to be a 3 or around that, not a 5. Thought he would be a reserve
  18. I bet they still expect us to pay the same price for these weakened teams. Then they question why crowds are down at tracks
  19. BWD is a Somerset asset so PL get priority. This could affect Swindon a lot if clashes on such a low average. I'm not sure why people think they were done over by the BSPA. Most people were very surprised when Swindon declared him on such a low average. Think it was more a mistake by Rosco
  20. I think he means from the teams announced so far. Yes the team is average but better than Swindon or Somerset on paper. Rye house have a solid top 5 but Watt has a low average due to inconsistent form and Harris struggled with set up this year so will need that top 5 to hit form to make up for the weakness at reserve. Wolves & Poole look strongest so far As for Bjerre, no he's not always a world beater but there aren't many world class riders to beat in this years line ups sadly. He should be able to beat some of the other teams heatleaders such as Ellis, Tungate, Harris, Josh.G etc
