  1. Nicki Pedersen Reason - rammajammy...... Surely, if it's your "all time favourite hero" then it shouldn't have to be pre 1970's.
  2. With the form Steady is in at the moment, I dom't think this has weekend us at all. Even though IMO the best line up to have would been scotty, lee, loram, bomber and stead.
  3. I wouldn't worry about it, no-one will stop you.
  4. I don't think that really we are that greater match for the danes. realistically, it should be denmark straight through with us second. The fight for 3rd place could be interesting, as the drymls and topinka are in good form, the same goes with Darkin and Gafurov is something special so I think it could go either way.
  5. I really fail to see why we have Super Joe and not steady
  6. We brought ours from blunsdon so tickets were given to us when the money was handed over.
  7. I'll be going, tickets were purchased last thursday Cost a bomb though !
  8. I wouldn't say there has been any bad picks as wild cards, except maybe Holta for Sweden. Everyone has been the in-form riders at the time, except Norris, Loram clearly wasn't fit and at the time, Norris' injury didn't seemn to be causing as much problem. Zagar was a great pick of course but there wasn't really another option. Now, Lindgren should be the pick for the scandanavian really, Pepe for Bydgoscz and I am hoping Zagar for italy, as much as seeing the old boy race again, he isn't going to fare well against the top class oposition.
  9. My predicition for the top 4 is pedersen, andersen, jonsson and rickardsson Iversen to make semis.
  10. Was very unfortunate and I felt gutted for him, can imagine what was said under the helmet! Although unfortunately I don't think he would have passed the guy in front, far too slick at that point.
  11. If a conference league matche's tapes were held for that long there would be 4 bikes that would have gone through the tapes.
  12. Unfortunately not unless someone from my area fancies giving me a lift. Dad won't get back from work in time for the 3 hour drive unfortunately
  13. We did say it a fair few times on the reply on the big screen.
  14. Great Night and the track provided some good racing! If only someone had told me Hancock, Pedersen, Adams and floppy weren't going to make the semis I could have won some money. And a big shout to jarek Hampel, fair play to the guy. I don't think the ref did have a really bad meeting, the only 1 he got wrong was the Norris/Rickardsson one. Floppy was on the white line and Rickardsson has tried to swoop across Norris and Norris shouldn't shut off as he wasn't behind at the time. Jason did deserve his exclusions from where I was sat, 3rd 1 the most clear cut one even if he did hit a rut but the other 2 were deserved as well. Nicki Pedersen was up to his usual self with a proper Rammajam on Greg Hancock and I said to Dad before Bjarne's crash exactlly what Nicki would do, and he did! I am not a big Ricardsson fan at all but his ride in the final was stunning, how he didn't come off the bike I'll never know. I thought AJ did well but chose wrongly in the smi, it's extremely difficult to control a race coming off gate 4 and if you miss the start from there you didn't have a hop in hell's chance of making it. Good ride by Floppy to pass Jason as well and Lee Richardson's ride past Nicki Pedersen was top draw, don't see wht generally seems to be wrong with Lee at the moment other than engines but it showed that he can do it when he tries hard enough. I bet Hans Andersen is extremely gutted not to be going home with a silver medal after the hut that Crumpy hit caught him out as well. Nicholls was unlucky but overcoocked it twice in the meeting going into the bends. He was giving 110% as always and was unlucky because the race in prospect between him and Rickardsson was a good one. Greg Hancock rode very well up untill his crash with Mr. Pedersen. Think he must have been out on his spare bike as I imagine his 1st 1 was pretty bent and there was no time to sort out his other one as he was riding in consecutive heats. And just to add, Floppy looked very on the pace tonight but kept choosing the wrong lines and not being anywhere at the 1st corner, would have been very interesting to see what Loram would have done on that track! Was good to meet new people in the Prince of Wales, would maybe have met more if the M50 wasn't shut.
  15. What time's this strting then ? or can we text in all day ?
  16. Why ? I only moan when Coventry fans do the track
  17. Bugger, was looking forward to having a nice grippy track Wonder how much Mr. Olsen had to do with it
  18. Sorry, I can't help being slow That is unbelieveable because that would imply you said no !
  19. Wouldn't kick her out of bed Wonder how many times it will be mentioned on sky that she is the start marshall!
  20. The "official"GP caps cost more than a riders own official merchandise and their own merchandise is usually 10 times better than the GP stuff. I would go to the collectors fair and get an official Crump 1 rather than an "official" gp crump 1. Will probably be cheaper too.
  21. Come on Matej. The race with Zager and Pedersen was class. Best race all night IMO.
