Was replying to a previous post regarding Blantyre with no reference to today's debacle. -

Don't really remember the Blantyre day's much and can't remember going to Craighead park at all but looking back we were a one man team in those day's happily it is moving in the right direction now. -

To be fair the track was tricky from the outset improved slightly then we had a very heavy shower just before heat 10 which saturated an already greasy track so not really surprising considering the score at that stage. Probably the worst meeting i have seen in a long time, Kennett apart in one race watching the Tigers half a lap ahead in most races was not good entertainment. So are you saying Rye House are the modern day Glasgow . -
As yet no confirmation as to the make up off the Rockets With both Jacobsen & Lambert injured last night ? Glasgow. 1. Richard Lawson 2. James Sarjeant 3. Aaron Summers 4. R/R Kauko Nieminen 5. Nick Morris 6. Victor Palovaara 7. Hynek Stichaeur Rye House. 1. Edward Kennett 2. R/R Luke Bowen 3. Kasper Lykke Nielsen 4. ? 5. ? 6. Danny Maasen 7. Ben Morley

Full off yourself aren't we but we prefer not to get involved in rash comments until after the meeting once dates are agreed you on the other hand must go through rofl after roll off toilet paper with all the sh*t you spout. -

The Monarch mentality I'm afraid they really think it revolves round them and them only. If this Friday doesn't suit us then tough you didn't exactly say too much about Ipswich missing key riders in the semi but then again that suited you You really need to get out more rather than having cheap shot's at Glasgow there is more important issue's happening rather than wether we decide not to race this Friday because you say so -
Fair do's Mr B think we are all guilty off that from time to time.
-
Bit harsh Mr B gloating on the fact a club may close because his opinion differs from your's. He is entitled as much as the next person to form his opinion of Cook. I couldn't care less what Cook does or doesn't do as he rides for another team apart from mine, but to say that club may close because off fan's like him is just plain wrong. For the record I and many other true speedway fan's hope Berwick do not close and I respect there opinions might not alway's agree with them but respect them all the same you should do similar Mr B.

Workington V Glasgow Pl 5/9/15 7pm
Gazc replied to Comet Dan's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Really enjoyed that tonight even although we lost the meeting in all honesty neither team deserved to lose really going at it hammer & tongs and thought after Ht 13 we might nick it but credit to the Comets for coming back at us. Speedway was the winner tonight an absolute cracker off a meeting if this is what is served up at Worky then hopefully they will attract more paying customers as that racing deserves more fan's . -
Edinburgh Vs Newcastle Plkoc, Semi, 1st Leg, 4/9/2015
Gazc replied to cyclone's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
I wouldn't bother even replying to that he is one off blinkered vision and the reason he say's what he does is to get a reaction let's be honest most riders struggle to get round the toy track. -
For us hopefully but thinking about it we may need to change our race day for Anders to don the stripes once more as his polish comittment's may prove a stumbling block. Can't blame him for that though i have no doubt he is destined for bigger thing's than PL racing just enjoy him while you can .

Well done to Newcastle said today that over both legs our tail would be too long. Unfortunately injuries to key riders happen and the Diamonds took full advantage no excuses though best team over the 2 legs won Hopefully Kauko and Victor will be back for Rye House in 2 weeks time and we can re - group for the play off's as we seem to have had a slump in form with the exception off Aaron & Rich but I am confident Nick will be back on it quickly and Kauko hits the ground running. Best wishes to the Diamonds against the dark side in the semi's well done today lads.
-
It will but he is one definitely on the up one thing guaranteed he is a100% racer and will give his all for the Panthers Will be good to watch with Anders & Barker in the same team.
-
Think you may well be pleasantly surprised by Anders his average would have been higher but picked up a lot off minor injuries for us which affected his scoring. By all accounts he has matured into a very potent rider and is extremely exciting to watch blasting round the boards look after him for us as i expect to see him back in a Tigers bib next season.
-
Going to be tough though not expecting anything from our reserves with Victor missing will need our top 4 scoring heavily to stand a chance but as you say wouldn't rule them out but think we may have too long a tail on this occasion. Also got to give credit to Newcastle where they done the sensible thing by not over committing but packing in for a few shared heats they rode intelligently and very well on the day.
