  1. Credit were credit is due he was imperious today fantastic in the Final against Rich who gave him the room to carry out his outside swoop on the last bend and a deserving winner i have nothing against him personally i just think he let's himself down sometimes with his off track comments on social media he should maybe leave it a few hours to take stock and he might post different. But as i say can't fault him on track as he is by a long distance the top rider in this league and today proved it if anyone had any doubt's. Well if we use that anaology who are you impersonating.
  2. Touch a nerve there it's not the first time he has made a complete a*rse off himself on social media and i am sure it won't be his last. And Your view above is what you believe fair enough but can you blame people on criticising as he certainly gives people plenty off ammunition with his crass comments Talented rider and class on track no doubt about it but class off the track well he has none.
  3. Doolan's comments Re; Cook are pretty much nail on the head shows how highly some off his professional riders rate him.
  4. That would be Glasgow's decision but you have to admit he doesn't do himself any favours on social media with his comment's. Berwick seem to be his target at the minute why who knows?.
  5. Why Cook feels the need to publicly slate another club is beyond me really doesn't do himself any favours whatsoever, It wasn't that long ago he made comment about a Glasgow junior which he rightfully got slaughtered for and rightfully so. But thinking about it if Cook had more that 2 brain cells think about how dangerous he could be on social media. What is Hilarious is slating any track when he rides at Armadale. Berwick do not have there problems to seek at the moment and don't need the likes off Cook rubbing there noses in it i really hope thing's go to plan and the Bandits can come out the other end, As a Glasgow fan i can relate to how the uncertainty must be affecting them as we have had it on a few occasions. But Cook must remember this Edinburgh have had the begging bowl out for the last couple off seasons and if they didn't run next season he would have piss*d that many people off at premier league level that many may decide that he isn't worth the hassle if he was still wanting to ride this level.
  6. There was a very serious pile up on the Edinburgh City by - pass mid afternoon and they had to close the West bound carriage way if he was stuck in that then he would have been there for hours as it was still gridlocked at 6.30
  7. People who form an opinion on whatever, base there opinion on what they see at any particular time now that opinion usually differs wether it be 6 months, 1 year or however long it is. Anyone who saw Victor last year would in all likelihood form the same opinion as Paul or Myself and several others did , However as we know he is riding far better latterly which means opinions change not rocket science. And there are far too many people on point scoring missions on here, who in there right mind is going to troll through post's from a year ago just to post a quote that someone based an opinion on what he saw at that time. Cyclone obviously .
  8. Good team performance today stand out being Victor he really is starting to look the part. Redcar Anderson apart were very poor he does look a good young prospect , Berge well i wasn't confident that he was fully confident in finding his lost confidence in all seriousness though he really looks a pale shadow off the rider he was last year pre-injury it must be more frustrating for him than it is for us to witness his dramatic decline. Looking forward to the day we get Nick & Kauko back just in time for the season finale .
  9. With this starting so early you should beat last year's record of 276 pages no problem.
  10. And here was me thinking that all rider's are gaters only way to get off the start line after all some are just better at it than others.
  11. Just back from a sunny Ibrox did i miss something that makes this from being a good night to becoming a great one .
  12. Think the booing is very appropriate considering how he left us in the lurch, see that we have another texter that is not a member of the Richard Lawson fan club but job done once Nick & Kauko are back we may take some stopping. Surprised by Berge not scoring think he got around 12 points there last year you would have thought that his confidence was shot to pieces or something with that big fat zero.
  13. Yeah i realise that now just got confused when i seen it posted on this thread .
  14. No he didn't he came off at the first bend and never cleared the track tapes were fully intact & not one tape breakage all night.
  15. Think we will be in for one off our hardest meeting's thus far on Monday night you look a really useful outfit now hopefully it is not too late for the play off's. Would rather avoid you if you do make it though but well done to Plymouth it is a real breath off fresh air seeing other teams coming to the fore the fan's down there deserve a good team too watch.
  16. Depending on work commitment's but all being well i shall be making the trip down ,
  17. BTW don't be too discouraged at the points return from Berge tonight he hates Armadale and has a complete mental block on the track he should be able to get round your place and at the bigger tracks he is a joy to watch. Remember he is still very young and actually broke the track record at Glasgow in the Sheffield Sky meeting i am sure he will score plenty for the Bears Just not next week hopefully .
  18. Not defending anyone they are big enough to talk for themself's if they feel they have too and i am sure they will, & yes i saw them as banter you obviously see them as having a dig at Berge you have your opinion & i have mine. Berge it appears is history as a Glasgow rider and fan's are entitled to vent there feeling's on how the fall out transpired regardless off me,you or anyone else likes what they say or not it is all about opinions. But as i say Berge is a Redcar rider now and if it had not have been for the unfortunate injuries to Bjerre , Graverson & Roynon it would have looked not too bad a team you could do worse to tie him down to next season as the lad is going to be a good un not with us unfortunately.
  19. And were have i had any dig's at Berge yes i have said he left us in the lurch but at the same time i have wished him & Redcar all the best , It would be a waste for him to sit on the sidelines as he has a lot to offer. Just to clarify i have never had a dig at Berge more frustration at his leaving the club but personal attacks on him has not come from me. In-fact i don't recall anyone having personal digs at him what you need to understand is a lot off effort was put in by the club to bring Berge over last year and we all feel let down but sh*t happens you have got yourself a cracking little rider when he is in the mood and i wish both parties well.
  20. Don't know what you mean by this but i suspect it may be banter must be ok for you to have banter which is perfectly fine by me but to then imply people are having dig's when it is infact banter also smacks a little off it is ok for me but it is called dig's by other people.
  21. More banter than digs but most Glasgow fan's wish Dimitri well at the Bears as he is very talented we just feel let down by him but we all move on as he has a new club & we have a new reserve.
  22. Wouldn't surprise me if this Plymouth team do the same as the Newport one in 2011 they look a very useful team now & with Todd K moving down with Simota it makes them even more potent we shall need to be on it from the start on Monday.
  23. And Blobby hasn't even posted since the opening post you getting in first before he does. Listen boys that's enough your all a disgrace taking the p*ss you have all offended poor Mike oops meant Al .
  24. To be honest with you Dimitri really needs to grow up not wanting to air his dirty laundry but then proceeds to do it anyway as time moves on it becomes more apparent that i think most off us are glad to see the back off him . Talented rider that is not in doubt but whatever went on behind the scenes doesn't concern anybody bar the rider & club and as George & others have said none off us actually care how unhappy he is as far as we are concerned he sh*t on the club and left us in the lurch so he can ride wherever he likes. And special message for Mr B WE DON'T CARE hope he understands that bit.
  25. Pretty much nail on the head i reacted to a derogatory remark when perhaps i shouldn't have this is off course a P'boro thread and should really get back to that no intention to hijack your thread just felt i had to say something and it escalated from there.
