My interpretation of that statement is that it is a negotiating tactic. They clearly want more money to host speedway again. Sounds like the door is open for speedway. The Panthers need somebody with financial backing.

We often hear how Polish tracks are so much entertaining than British tracks, but tonight's play-off meeting was better than anything I have seen at Wroclaw and Torun recently.
