A shame to see Ipswich Tom Brennan away from Birmingham. Birmingham are desperate and they really needed to hold onto him. The sooner we see a salary cap in speedway, the better.

Artem is ready to step in for Birmingham. He wants to deliver Birmingham their first ever Premiership title. All Birmingham need to do is phone him and send him the contract with his requested terms.

There is one world class rider available. He has no GP commitments and has a pretty empty calendar. Birmingham should do everything they can to tempt him back to the UK. The last time he rode in the Premiership, he scored a 15 point maximum.

Until fans boycott the GP series, things will not change.

Zmarzlik was awarded the title of best Polish rider at the Ekstraliga awards. This is despite the fact that Artem had the better average. Polish speedway is a corrupt mess.

I really don't think crowd funding should be used like this. Naive fans are being taken advantage of. If Birmingham want a donation, they should open their books and show what the money is needed for.

The PZM are not willing to nominate them as riders for GP qualifiers.

Polish media reporting that Emil and Artem have both been offered a Croatian speedway license. They would be put forward as Croatian riders in the GP qualifiers for 2025. They would also ride as Croatian riders in the Polish Ekstraliga.

Teams will still be able to buy success. It just means riders will pull out of the GP series. For example, Jack Holder and Lindgren wouldn't choose the GP series over Lublin.

Poland haven't reacted well to the wild card news. PZM are threatening a cap of 1 GP rider per team in the Polish league. That would see a lot of riders pull out.
