I agree but the cost of doing so would be very expensive. Money that the sport doesn't have (IMO). Random testing with severe punishments is the next best thing.

Fair play to Laguta. He is proving a lot of people wrong with his commitment to British Speedway. If the Panthers are running, Laguta on a 8 point average would be a fantastic signing. He is only going to get better on the away tracks.

Surely Sheffield won't be allowed to bring in Jack Holder for Tai Woffinden? Sheffield redeclared their 1-7 and Woffinden's new average is 8.85, whilst Jack Holder's average is 8.91. If Sheffield want Woffinden, they would have to redeclare their 1-7.
