  1. To be fair I have been a big critic of the entertainment so far this season but I did think last night was better. Still not great but better. Thats not saying much I know!
  2. Josh G worth the admission fee alone tonight. Quality stuff. The move between Freddie and Klindt was class.
  3. Bomber born in Britain to British parents. A bit like Woffy. Only difference is that Bomber is a gallant loser whilst Woffy is a winner. Brits hate winners in all sports. It's sad to be honest.
  4. Come on Woffy. Born in England to English parents and hes a winner. What is there to hate.
  5. Yeah I don't care what anyone says on here, IMO Freddie has looked a lot more like his old self this season and is decent on these indoor tracks so 20s seems good value to me.
  6. Won't even bother predicting this one as it's impossible to tell which Swindon will turn up. Looking forward to seeing if Fast Freddie has justified my tenner ew on him at 20s for Cardiff!
  7. Everytime I see the stadium and track on the TV it just reminds me how much better the whole set up is compared to somewhere like Poole.
  8. To be fair the first 4 were ok then it was toilet until 15
  9. This is good compared to previous weeks this season!
  10. Yeah fair shout . You were right for once!!! This is one of our better peformances to be fair as well.
  11. I actually think you lot could do us tonight. We have been awful at home at times this year and when you add that to the dodgy track and one of our top 5 still being unable to master the track i think it will be a lot closer than you think
  12. Yes we get it. You will lose every meeting this season by 10+ points.
  13. I've had a read through this thread and I have to say that anyone who seriously suggests that Poole were strengthened by their guests last night is either a complete idiot or the most biased anti-Poole person ever!!!
  14. After warching Kennett at Swindon for a year and see him bottle many heat 15s I would say the reason he took it last night and won it was because there was nothing on the race. Had you needed a win for a point he probably would have been last
  15. Poor racing again as well. This season has been poor entertainment IMO.
  16. Think I saw his mechanic wielding some sort of drilling device before the meeting
  17. Belle Vue are my favourite for the title after tonight. Best team, best stadium, best track and biggest crowds. Well deserved IMO they do it.
  18. 2 and a half hours before tapes up and so far its the worst rain off in history!!!
  19. Sat in a beer garden in bright sunshine. Where is the rain?!
  20. Hopefully this one will be off as I will be battered in a pub in Old Town after footy at 2.
  21. Yeah of course. The difference is most Poole fans cant see it when they bend the rules and are in complete denial whereas every Swindon fan knew it was dodgy last night and will openly admit that. I'm not usually one to complain anyway. The rule book is so complicated at times and open to manipulation that i say fair play to anyone who uses it to their advantage, including Poole! You get the odd Cov fan (and Gavan) going on about Dak last season but at the end of the day the history books say Poole were champions and that's that.
  22. I aint gonna lie, I don't care if we pulled a dodgy stunt last night as we badly needed the win. But surely people should be waiting to see if Tungate rides in Somersets next meeting. If he does then fair enough the usual people can rant for months about it. But if he does miss a few weeks then no one can argue he's injured.
  23. Just finished 18 holes at Broome Manor golf course and saw Tungate on the 17th. Asked him how his shoulder was. The good news is he expects to back for Somerset in their next meeting.
  24. Heroic victory with 5 men. Leicester still win the bonus point though. Thank fook for Doyley.
