If we don't get 4 points tonight then we don't deserve to be anywhere near the play offs. Obviously we are weakened by the injury to Tungate and it will be a backs against the wall job but surely after Thursdays humiliation they will come out firing. Leicester 40 Swindon 50. -

Terrible news and a real blow to our hopes of a win tonight. Can only see a home win now against the most in form team in the league. -

I've heard he's due to aggravate his shoulder injury at 9am tomorrow. Yeah I might have been slightly wrong -

Yeah to be fair I just saw on the Swindon Adver comments page that it does exist because someone asked the ref! If that's correct then what a F up. Surely Rosco wouldn't make a mistake like that though. It's so basic. Maybe it's one of those rules which has been changed without anyone knowing! -

One for all the rules people. Has IRR been abandoned for this year? -

You really believed I thought Leicester were better than Poole?! -

Mate I genuinely don't give a F. It was actually a tad amusing losing to a team that bad. He's prob too busy hanging out of the back of a fat orange hairdresser to notice when people are having a craic. -

To me Leicester are a better team than Poole because they beat us by 4 and you only did us by 2. I also think Leicester is a better track than Poole and Gavan knows more about speedway than you. Up the Lions. Greatest EL team in history. -

Haha for one week only we can take on that mantle!!! That was absolute garbage on our part and a deserved win for Leicester. -

Bit surprised the club didn't offer £10 tickets for anyone who went on Monday. Can't see many takers at £17 against the worst team in EL history. -
He knew exactly how old that girl was and still pursued her. He got exactly what he deserves. Plus his missus is a worldie so he deserved a year for cheating on her!

Swindon - Kings Lynn 19.5.16
thecoombdog replied to A ORLOV's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
No thats a lie. The track was absolute garbage at the start and riders couldn't turn it properly around bends 1 and 2. By the end is was just garbage as there was only 1 line all night so riders were queueing up behind each other. Hands down the most boring meeting i've ever been to. Pretty sure Wright was replacing the Aussie's at the start of the season and will continue to do so when he goes back down to reserve soon. We will see how many times your Pole replaces Bates or Roller when he starts to score a few points at reserve. rubbish idea and rubbish rules but we are only doing what every other team will be doing when there is a decent foreigner at reserve and the Brit is struggling in the main body. -
Belle Vue V Swindon 11 May, 2016.

Morris is the key to our team for me. We are always going to have a decent reserve down there and Josh G is steady eddy in the middle of the pack doing his job every week. If Morris can score 8/9/10 every week as back up to Doyley then we will be alright. Its a big IF though! He definitely has it in him to do it but can he maintain the consistency? After the first few meetings i'm genuiely shocked how the last 4 meetings have gone. Didn't see it coming at all. Long way to go though but the league is very unpredictable due to these stupid FTR average rules. -
I agree. Purely based on what we have seen at Swindon over the last 2 years, Nielsen must be one of the success stories of the draft because he has rapidly improved IMO. Looked a bit of a wobbler when he guested for Poole at the start of the 2014 season but by the time he was back in the league and play offs last year he looked a different rider altogether. Good signing IMO.

I think this team is a cert for the play offs but we might come up short against BV and Poole. But let's be fair, all teams have a question mark or 2 against them. It Holder and Hans rediscover anywhere near their best form then everyone is playing for second. But of course that's a big IF. I'm just glad we are fielding a team of racers who come rain or shine will give it 100%. Last years antics became tiresome at times.
