Said to my mates last week that Wright is the key man now for rest of the season. If he does well then we seem to get good results. If he struggles then we don't ever look like winning.

Haha I can tell mate! We seem to come on strong later on in meetings so if we can keep it tight then you never know.

50-40 to BV.

Batch was very clever IMO when lowering his average. Ward was coming in regardless. Morris was on fire and is a club asset. Batch been poor all season. There was only 1 choice for the axe. But he did what he had to do to save his job. Would we all not do the same if our jobs were under threat? If only more people in Britain were so worried about being out of work.

I've always said Pedersen is a cnut but we won't half miss him when hes gone!!!

I'm sure somone has explained this already on a couple of threads. He wanted to focus on the PL and NL this season so asked to listed as a guest option only but he decided mid season he would want a full time spot if possible. Could somone in the know please confirm whether thats correct or not?! I'm sure i've read it a couple of times.

I'd like to think we could win here after running them so close earlier in the year but the realist in me tells me that our only away wins have been against gash teams so why should we suddenly start winning at places like BV. I hope I'm wrong though

You can't be that much of a Liverpool fan if you would rather watch a speedway match that doesn't involve your own team.

I don't see how anyone can have a problem with Belle Vue doing this. I would not want a Swindon rider putting in a match winning score for either BV or KL at the moment. Would just be plain silly if our own rider contributed to us missing out on the play offs.

Our number 2 is not scoring well but I bet he scores more than Coventrys number 2 on Thursday!

To be fair to Batch he had hardly scored all season up to that point!

I was joking mate! Just a dig at all the people who said we were mad to sign Ward as he wouldn't care about Swindon and would be more worried about getting his average down. I wouldn't call tonight a great win by any means. It was job done against a very poor side. Maybe if we win at BV or KL then we can celebrate a great win.

Mate you are so so boring its untrue. Where has anyone suggested here that Bomber makes us weaker tonight? Even the poster who said Nick is better than Bomber this year also said Bomber would score at least the same. Everyone else has said good guest.
